But he's still a constitution trampling RINO and unless he repeals McCain-Feingold, repudiates amnesty and global warming, drops all support for embryonic stem cell research and stops talking about partnering up with the Democrats and instead swears to fight the evil bastards he won't be getting my support.
You kicked the conservatives to the curb and nominated your RINO, now all you gotta do is get him elected.
However, that shouldn't be all that tough to do. Look what he'll be running against. A corrupt, power hungry Marxist radical feminist control freak or a corrupt, America-hating racist Marxist surrender monkey (oops, can I say "surrender monkey" in this context?). Can't see America going for either of those two useful idiots.
By the way, "change" is a Marxist codeword.

The House seems to be the only real hope. The Repubs are going to take a real drubbing in the Senate. There have been several announcements of intending retirement by sitting Repubs with no real hope to keep their seats safe, from all that I've read.
Well, I had nothing to do with McCain ending up as the Republican nominee. Being a Pennsylvania voter, I didn’t get a chance to have a say in the matter. So given that the alternatives are Hillary and Obama, I’ll vote for McCain, but not with any enthusiasm.
I think both parties need to take a long hard look at the farce of open primaries and last-minute registration changes. Nominees aren’t being chosen by members of their own party, but by a wide-open free for all in which a candidate can easily end up getting the nomination courtesy of voters loyal to the other party, who view this candidate as the easiest to beat. Obviously this tends to result in nominees that nobody thinks are particularly good.
I see no reason why anyone should be allowed to vote in a party’s primary if they’ve been registered members of a party for less than a year. And requiring a monetary donation to a party in order to participate in its primary voting would help even more.
We have to destroy the Democratic Party and every communist/racist/freedom-hating principle on which it is based.

I am so unmotivated to vote this year it's not funny. Even the Iraq War....that should be justification enough to vote for McCain over the DEMs. Good thing my polling place is close by, or else I might not bother. But I still do see the Iraq War as a cause to vote for McCain, even though all you say about him is true. Then again, I voted for GWB in 04, and he SIGNED McCain Feingold and he supported Shamnesty. So what are we to do?

You know that John McCain is for smaller government, cutting back on spending, keeping the Bush tax cuts, appointing judges like Roberts, keeping the country safe from terrorism and that he is anti-abortion.
We simply cannot afford even 4 years of the horrible, incompetent socialist Obama or the equally horrible Hillary.
I think it’s time we stop all the self-indulgent whining and clutching our ball as we head off to self destruct.

A few years after his return, he dumps her at 43 and a month after the divorce he marries his 25 year old wealthy mistress, Cindy, who later becomes a thief and a drug addict. His stance on important issues stink to high heaven. No way in Hades am I voting for this creep. I detest him as much as I do osama obama & the hildebeast. Rush has never liked McCain. I bet he never endorses him. Rush is just smart enough to realize that the other two options would be far worse for the country. Everyone keeps talking about their principles... fine... choose the one that will keep your principles closer to you than the others.
