This is finally and officially the end for all those who were following this case. We would like to extend a special thank you to Physicist, aka Dr. Kevin Sterner, who spent many precious hours away from his family to create flawless and thorough posts regarding the progress of this case, and who helped in other ways behind the scenes, including in an advisory capacity and simply lending a listening ear. And to Jim Robinson, who from the beginning permitted us to post updates and raise funds to pursue Justice and the protection of the First Amendment.

We regret that despite a valiant effort, we were unable to hold the politicians involved in this injustice, namely PA Governor Ed Rendell (than Philadelphia mayor Ed Rendell) and Philadelphia, District Attorney Lynne Abraham, accountable, though we did our utmost to do so.

To all those generous supporters and contributors to the Don Adams Defense Fund, we are deeply and forever grateful for your comfort, assistance and prayers. We could not have made such an extraordinary effort without you. Thank you dear friends, one and all! : )

I suspect that Hillary Clinton did not want this to be in the news as she fights (vainly) for the nomination...

You might have been able to hold for more -- if the publicity of the trial might have been a factor in the settlement.

But if you think the settlement is fair, then that is great news.

I think I might try to keep this story alive -- just to be a pain in Hillary's and Bill's rear end. (With Bill being a pain in a number of rear end's, maybe it is appropriate -- oh, pardon me...)

After the brutal beating at the direction of John Morris, by the hands of the union goons, and then so many years of battling in a pit filled with Democrat vipers to try and right such a blatant wrong, you kept the faith and you prevailed! Congratulations, you at least fought the thugs to a draw, and are still alive....the Mafia usually isn't so kind! The only thing worse than Philadelphia lawyers is Philadelphia judges! And if it weren't for the 9th Circuit, the 3rd Circuit would be the WORST court! What always amazes me is that, like Aruba, tourists actually ‘volunteer’ to go to Phila! I'm ‘from Philly’, and just can't imagine anyone ‘from Phila’ NOT leaving! Worst unions, worst lawyers, worst judges, worst medical care, worst traffic (’the Schuykill’).....mebbe it's just me! Funny, I finished watching "The Wizard of Oz" for the umpty-ninth time a little while ago. I just now saw this thread. Congratulation on having the courage of the Lion, the brains of the Scarecrow and the heart of the Tin Man......plus the tenacity of Dorothy who wanted to go back to "home, sweet, home, and finally did.

Congratulations. It doesn't take a wizard to know that the evil monkeys were up against a patient, determined pair of freepers.....and that truth would win out. At least that's what a lot of we old timers felt as we hoped and prayed for 10 years of reading and commenting on all the posts pertaining to this case.
