We regret that despite a valiant effort, we were unable to hold the politicians involved in this injustice, namely PA Governor Ed Rendell (than Philadelphia mayor Ed Rendell) and Philadelphia, District Attorney Lynne Abraham, accountable, though we did our utmost to do so.
To all those generous supporters and contributors to the Don Adams Defense Fund, we are deeply and forever grateful for your comfort, assistance and prayers. We could not have made such an extraordinary effort without you. Thank you dear friends, one and all! : )
Physicist, if you can please ping the list whenever you are able!
It’s been a long fight, good for you.
Gee, seems like yesterday.
tet.
Ping for good news! : )
Teamster thugs get away with this sort of thing regularly.
I hope you took them for everything they’re worth. I remember when this happened, and have been following the serial injustices done to you. I’m glad you got something for your trouble.
Some justice is better than none at all. I’m sure you’re glad it’s over. I hope you are at least somewhat compensated for all you went through.
"AND I HELPED!"
(just kidding)
Please ping our fellow Pennsylvanians.
Didn’t the Teamster’s national organization come in and physically remove Morris from the headquarters and kick him out of the leadership?
God bless you and Don.
I remember when this happened, it was like FreeRepublic
put us right there, the first time and certainly not the last.
10 long yeears. Congratulations.
This is not the end for Rendell’s troubles. Peter Paul is going to have him under oath. http://youtube.com/watch?v=aK16tyxUoZ8
I spoke with his communications office today to get a comment about Aaron Tonken’s accusation that Rendell tried to bribe him. Tonken later wore a government wire. You are going to be grilled, Fast Eddie.
Lesser people would have given up long ago. You and Don were valiant, always trying to hold these scalawags accountable.
The prejudice of these union officials, the Philly politicians, and Fast Eddie, along with a corrupt DA Lynne Abraham, represented a mountain of evil to climb.
We are proud of you. You will always be No.1 in the Freeper Hall of Fame.
Someday, true justice will be administered by the Judge above all judges. Mr. Morris may have made his acquaintance already.
God bless you, Teri, and Don. A big thank you to Dr. Kevin, who faithfully kept all of us informed over these long years.
Today, there is release and deliverance, just as there was on the first Good Friday. Let us be glad and rejoice in it.
Happy Easter to you all.
Looks to me like you not only got a beating, you ended up paying THEIR legal bills?
Lucky you, living in Pennsylvania and all...
Wonderful. I have watched and read about this since “day one”. I am glad that it is over for you.
I feel that you have fought for all of us and our right to counter protest all these years.
Thank You!

I wonder if the outcome against the obviously biased Ms. Abraham would have been different post-Nifong. Still, you persevered and went up against Goliath. Bravo. I’m not a fan of undisclosed settlements but if anyone has earned one, it is you and your brother.
