Right. Tom was mostly interested in his 'place in history.' Remind you of anyone?

The minute I saw Giselle Bundchen at the game I knew it was over for Brady and Company. Didnt they watch the game videos of Romo and Simpson? :) I thought that it was a bad omen as well.
Congratulations to the Giants. They deserved the win.
At least Brady will have Gisele to comfort him tonight. /s
To: ShadowDancer
I saw it, also. He wanted to hurry up and congratulate him and get out of there.

"I knew the Pats would lose after the first quarter."
I agree. I mean, I thought that there was something amiss after that first NY possession.
As for the rest of your post.....Clearly you have no idea about what you are talking about.
As a Boston native, I have no love for any NY teams.
The NY team won tonight, because they played better. Clearly they played better.
The Patriots are still a great team, and next year they'll be a shadow of this years team.
Belichik will take future teams to greater glory.
You'll see.

He left before the game ended. If his players knew they needed to be there to OFFICIALLY END THE GAME BASED ON NFL RULES, why didn't he know? It was sveral minutes before the final snap occured, he had plenty of time and NO EXCUSE, not to be there.
Then he just topped it all by not even congratulating The Giants during the post game interview.
He's classless, at best. Just admit it.

That he does (except when it came to literally laying down for Strahan so he could set the sacks record).

That was the catch of the year. Sure Manning broke free of the what seemed to be a sack and heaved that ball but Tyree jumped up with a defender all over him a snagged a ball he couldn’t even cradle into his body because of the defender.
I think 9 out of 10 times the receiver loses control of that kind of catch when he hits the ground. When its all said and done Tyree made one of the great Super Bowl catches of all time.

My dad’s in NJ, and he said it is unbelievable — fireworks, everyone yelling outside! Giants fans are very loyal to their team!

At least I can go to sleep tonight in New England and not New York. I’ll settle for that.

Yep. In the end , Patriots got what they deserved. Perfect record, but they couldn’t win the superbowl. Bwaahahahaha!
To: A message
Giants proved they were the best team in the league this year.
To: joebuck
Yeah - and tonight is proof of that./s
The cheating crowd is becoming tiresome. They are beginning to remind me of the 9-11 truthers. No matter how many facts you have, they still want the conspiracy.

I expect another run at the undefeated season next year. When Belicheck is mad, he gets what he wants. I don't.
These psychological scars won't ever heal.
They'd trade all of those 18 wins for a win in this game. It is the absolute worst way to lose a championship.
The Patriots don't need a coach after this. They need a shrink.
To: Always Right
But a couple more seasons like this, and he will go down as the all-time best or at least 1A with Jerry Rice. Uhh, how many rings does Randy Moss have? Zero, zilch, nada. Jerry Rice, 4 Super Bowl rings.
