Going to go to a popular Republican maker of campaign pins website and order a Romney pin and mittens if they are available. Once I do that, I’m committed (no, not to the looney bin, but to his campaign.)

The forum is split (again).

I’m down with Romney. McLettuce and Huckwad cannot beat Hillary or Obama.

It’s skeery out there with the four stooges and Mickey Mouse running.

Where is a hero when you need one!

He looks small? I think the lighting is too bright thus the light skin palor but he’s far from small. I’ve been watching him a little more than usual and it’s obvious he’s pulling for Obama and McCain.

Yes, Chris Matthews looks (to me) very frail, and wrinkled (as Shortstop7 pointed out in another post). Looks like he has age spots on his forehead. I dunno... he looks very different from the last time I saw him on TV... which was probably over a year ago. I can't remember the last time I tuned into pMSNBC.

The libs of the MSM seem divided on Obama and Hillary, but they clearly are "for" McCain on the GOP side, now that Huckabee will most likely drop out next...

I have a difficult time supporting anyone who would have a driver named Kerik, promote him to Police Chief and then recommend him for Homeland Security and claim not to know what a corrupt, low-life scumbag he was. If he knew, that’s enough. If he did not know, he’s blind, should have known and that’s enough as well.

I’ve been torn between Rudy & Mitt, yet after tonight I can say I’m leaning towards Rudy. They are both awesome in complementary ways.

Huckabee did well also; I could actually vote for him in the general.

In the general election, Romney’s positions will get him the endorsement of the NRA and probably the other gun groups as well.

HE will also get the NRTL endorsement (I wonder if they are going to re-endorse in the primary, or just wait it out?)

A few people will complain about his past favor of the AWB, but the NRA knows a strong ally and don’t get mixed up by personal animus.

Not until Romney has enough delegates to be our nominee.

I have a feeling Rush will feel better about the election tomorrow than he did on Monday.

Afraid I have to agree...

While I preferred FRED by a country mile, Mitt has the infrastructure, THE CASH, and the connections to run against Hillary and the SHADOW PARTY...

NEVER FORGET THE SHADOW PARTY IN YOUR EQUATIONS, PEOPLE!

There is an entire Democrat DC establishment that is DEPENDING on the skim from a Hillary Campaign (WIN, or lose...) to make the mansion payments...

Exactly Nana.

The guy gives me the creeps... the same feeling BJ did this time 16 years ago. I expect the worst.

I think I will watch it again!

What I liked was late in the debate they asked him mutiple questions in an attempt to twist him up. He hit them all out of the park. Russert was left scratching his head in disbelief.

I always thought Greenspan was a bit pedantic in his long answers, but at least he had some real-world experience in the financial markets.

Bernanke is in over his head, as we've seen just this week. If he lasts his term I'd be surprised.

Russert touting the NYT endorsement of an endorsement for McCain did two things - first, it showed how grossly out of touch with the rest of America that elitists like Russert are. To him, the NYT biting criticism of Rudy must be very damaging. In fact it probably is more damaging to McCain. A Republican acceptable to the NYT editorial board is NOT ever going to be the one acceptable to me.

Second is that they brought it up as a negative to Rudy, but it actually helps him. The fact that the NYT specially picked on Rudy reminds GOP voters that he is in fact one of us, not one of them. He was terribly unpopular with NY elitist liberals all the way up to 9/11. That means he probably was doing things the right way.

There seems to be some concern about the whisper right before Mitt answered the question about Ronald Reagan and social security.

Someone could clearly be heard to whisper ‘raised taxes’. It is being suggested that Mitt is cheating.

I do not know the rules of a debate. Is that cheating? If so, is there any way to find out who it was that got caught whispering that?

I chose Romney over a month ago. I saw most of the debates and he’s genuine. Pretense is exhibited by the other contenders.
