FNN reported that only 20% have already cast their votes

Whoa there, Charley, me boy........ I'M not doing the speculatin'. The anti-FReds are. Aren't you getting things a little upside down, man?
Secondly, please delineate exactly what Fred is doing "BAD" for the party? He is now the last conservative standing.......are you calling his principles "BAD"?
You sound like you have the unreasoning, deep hatred for Thompson that the Dems have for President Bush. Again, what is "BAD" about FRed Thompson?
"You are old, Father William", the young man said
"And your hair has become very white
And yet you incessantly stand on your head
Do you think at your age this is right?"
"In my yute", Father William replied to his son
"I feared it might injure my brain
But now that I'm perfectly sure I have none
Why, I do it again and again".

Congratulations to Senator McCain!
To: TheLion
Your actions may have very well allowed McCain to riseFeel the power! I didn't know I had that much power. Let me get this straight, however. I'm supposed to get all excited about a Mass. Governor who would not support the tax cuts, garnering praise from Barney Frank, brought Mass. closer to socialized medicine while appointing a Planned Parenthood mogul to his board that came up with the plan, then did not veto the abortion section of the bill even though he vetoed others, and says that he was lying to the voters all this time, that these are his real positions?

"My judgment is that I support the most conservative candidates and eschew the phonies." The people YOU deem to be phony. How well's that workin' for ya? : )
Supporting candidates who can't win, IS abandoning your principles.
I support candidates holding principles closest to my own who CAN win. THAT is supporting and sticking by my principles.
THAT is working to insure that my principles win over principles of the other party's candidates which are diametrically opposed to my own.

Your actions may have very well allowed McCain to rise....the worst possible candidate for the GOP. Even Rush LImbaugh leans toward Romney, but I guess Rush is just another rino./sarcasm
Rush had a chance to really influence this election and blew it completely. Now he's reduced to shilling for Romney? I've lost a lot of respect for him during this cycle.

Do you have any idea of how stupid your comment sounds?
To: exhaustedmomma
You can’t find anything to dispell it? What have you got to prove it? You choose to believe a ridiculous rumor and then dare others to disprove it? I think you’re on the wrong site. The Ron Paulites/Troothers/Bahamian Grove people are missing you.

Workin' fine. Politics isn't everything in life. Even when Clinton was in office, I managed to graduate from college, get a job, get back to the Church, meet my wife, and get married. Now I'm raising and homeschooling five kids who will someday, hopefully, help turn this country around. Instilling conservative principles in them is a big part of that. Helping to elect flim-flam artists like Mitt Romney is not.
Supporting candidates who can't win, IS abandoning your principles.
If that's the case, you shouldn't support Flip. Even if he manages to win the nomination somehow, he's dog-meat in the general.

Uh, point out where I said that. What I said was that Rush--and many others--have made a tactical error in this cycle. They will live to regret it when Mrs. Clinton and an overwhelmingly Democrat Congress brings back the fairness doctrine...

Ah. I see. OK, well here it is — post this everywhere you can post.
Huckabee is going to announce he is withdrawing from the race. G-d spoke to him through the loss in South Carolina, and told him to withdraw in favor of Thompson.
Post it often and everywhere until people believe that, as they believe Fred will endorse McCain under any circumstances other than McC getting the Republican nomination.
I want to see it on every FR political thread, on Youtube comments, and on blogs everywhere. I even spelled Huckaboob’s name the way he does, so all you have to do is cut-and-paste.
