That is probably who you will get if Romney gets sunk. Not my pick.

"The guy who’s daddy was a mob thug and who is godfather to the kids of a guy who is currently being prosecuted for mob ties?"

How's Rudi supposed to know his best friend is mobbed up? Anybody could have missed that one.

You really haven't thought this thing through, have you.

Romney will never be POTUS because to be elected POTUS on the GOP side you have to win the southern states and he will not do that.

Christians won't vote for him, white men won't vote for him and blacks certainly won't vote for him

Maybe you are in love with him and that is clouding your vision.

Romney is UNELECTABLE.

I beg to differ. We certainly have our share of A holes (95%) but those dopes I saw at the Iowa D caucuses were even more MOONBATTY and pokier than our biggest buttholes.

Carl Cameron's wife works for the Hillary campaign

What? Good grief, are you sure? Yeesh... I think I wish I didn't know that. Hopefully Campaign Carl doesn't share his wife's love of the Hildabeast... :-(

If anyone cares, I rented that flick “3:10 to Yuma” this weekend and it’s really good if you like westerns. (As if there’s anyone who doesn’t like westerns.)

Disagree. Fred is indeed electable. Huck will inevitably fall. Romney’s in trouble. McCain’s a bit touched in the head. Rudy’s can’t draw the base. Fred will be the last man standing - you’d see this if you opened your mind and thoughts.

~~~~
Then Fred will need a lot of $$ to last to the finish. Now is the time to financially support your candidate, especially if it’s Fred.
I would do what I could to sink his boat now then, because they are just beginning to drag out the dirt on Giuliani.
Which brings up a question that’s been on my mind the past week:
Why does the Republican party allow Iowa and New Hampshire such a prominent role. As the conservative party, it should be conservatives who choose the nominee.
Even though there are Republicans in both those states, they are, typically, hardly as conservative as those in other states which would have a far more legitimate claim in controlling the direction of the nomination process.
How can we change the situation?
As I said before, that is your opinion. I’ve done pretty well in figuring these things out. We shall see. I will vote for anyone we send up agains the Democrats. The alternative is to unbearable. That said, I think Mitt is our best choice.
I support Huckabee. You call him Huckster. Would you mind others calling Fred “Dred?” You probably will say you wouldn’t. But deep down you would. “Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you.”
Point-taken.
Good luck to you and that double-talking, snake oil selling, slick as grease, used car salesman from Hope Ar-Kansas, Michael Dale Huckabee.
You said it! Our daughter lives in NH. She and her husband get what little they know of politics from cable-so they are totally ignorant. He is going to vote for Hillary. I told our daughter, a conservative Repub. Fred was best, but had not campaigned there. If I know her, she will go Romney because he is good loking, rich and well spoken. She does not have a clue on issues. I did tell her only Fred is strongly against illegals.
In today's shallow, celebrity heavy, beautiful people world, neither Abe Lincoln, George Washington, nor any of the founding father Presidents could be elected.
