“I just don’t understand how they refuse to talk about Fred, other than in the context of the “rumors”.

Go Fred!”

Looks like they will have to start looking and reporting the Fred Phenomena now.

I’ll take your post with a grain of salt. (Considering the source)

Hard to believe Huckabee pulled this off

I do have to admit I blew my call completely.... after his moronic idiot statements about Gitmo and Bhutto, and then the Ad/no ad fiasco I just knew Huck was going to freefall -- I predicted a fourth place for him. I apparently underestimated the sheer stupidity of the people of Iowa.

I’m in California as well. Huckabee isn’t presidental...his foreign policy view is dangerous. Almost as dangerous as dems.

It appears Dobson and the values groups did well in threatening 3rd party and losing ones soul, if Iowans did not vote for a lifelong prolife advocate.

I especially remember the leaked email about FT not going to church.

Maybe this will formally end their claims of victimhood at the hands of the GOP.

And Hunter isn't even a blip. Too bad - I'm a FRedneck, but Duncan's a good guy. Hate to see him thinned from the herd this early.

I believe they forecasted 350 dem. caucus voters and over 425 showed up. May take another hour before the results are known.

Wow -- Fox reporting that Biden and Richardson have asked their voters to support Obama.

Well, Huckabee handled the Jay Leno thing really well. And everyone loved the abolish the IRS move.

I'd still vote for Thompson, but I can understand why someone would vote for Huckabee... He's just so likeable. (They even had stock footage when he and Jay Leno exchanged jokes like years and years ago.) So... The man handles well on camera. In the world of Hollywood and American Idols, it just makes sense for people to Like Huckabee...

I'd still vote for Thompson.

Another theory might be that in Iowa, dems are posing as republicans in the caucus.

“Fred said he needed to come in 2nd. That indicates he doesn’t have the $$$ to carry on without doing good in IA and NH. Fred is tied with McCain for 3rd in SC. Mitt has the $$$ to go thru SC and beyond. Fred needs donation drives just to run commercials.”

blah blah blah.
