Like I typed, it was an attempt at H-U-M-O-R. So please stop indicating that I called her a trophy wife. I have respect for her as a successful career woman and have defended her when others have called her a “trophy wife”.

For the life of me I can't understand how Romney is still in the race. The guy was elected by friggin Massachusetts, the same state that routinely re-elects John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, Barney Frank, Edward Markey, and Bill Delahunt, and has not sent a single Republican to the House in over a decade. Massachusetts elected Deval Patrick as Mitt's successor.

Massachusetts.

I’m not sure we should be building up this announcement into something earth shattering. Sean just said to look for one and I assume it will be something that will please FReadheads. As for the sourpusses here, I’m sure they are boiling hot water to pour on it as we speak. I think Fred supporters are, in general, just more upbeat than many of the others. We are “glass is half full” kind of people.

Let me try this again so maybe it will sink in. I did not say anything about Republicans. I described the Romney folks as 1. not conservatives, 2. confused as to whether they are conservatives or not, 3. they have some other agenda more important than conservatism. The term Free Republican is the same as Freeper...it is someone who belongs to Free Republic not someone registered as a Republican voter. Trying reading the post again so I can move on to other things besides correcting your erroneous interpretation.

Romney is going to lose both Iowa ( To Huckabee) and NH to McCain)...Romney's candidacy then collapses..because one year of hard work and tens of millions of his own money couldn't "buy" him a win..The overwhelming majority of his supporters, and campaign staff, will go to Fred..who will win S Carolina easily..
