For the life of me I can't understand how Romney is still in the race. The guy was elected by friggin Massachusetts, the same state that routinely re-elects John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, Barney Frank, Edward Markey, and Bill Delahunt, and has not sent a single Republican to the House in over a decade. Massachusetts elected Deval Patrick as Mitt's successor.

Massachusetts.

It's because Mitt is a very, very good liar. He can lie with a straight face, and he fools a lot of people. Eventually, just about everybody will hear a position-of-the-week in which he agrees with them, and will think he's on their side.

Mitt Romney is a brunette Bill Clinton with millions of his own to spend and a national network of mormons who work for him and will vote for him, regardless of his qualifications, just because he is a mormon.
