Sarajevo/Banja Luka - Nearly one tonne of radioactive waste has disappeared from a hospital in Banja Luka over the last couple of days, Bosnian Serb media reported Tuesday citing official sources. The radioactive material needed for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes was stored in lead containers in the basement of the Banja Luka hospital, from where it was stolen, Bosnian Serb Health Minister Ranko Skrbic told local media.
Skrbic however said the waste should not be dangerous to the population. It was likely that the containers would be sold as the lead is very heavy and has a certain market value, reports said. Skrbic said an investigation into the case would be opened to find out how it was possible for the radioactive lead containers to disappear from the hospital's storage, despite security measures.

Albanian terror group threatens war in Kosovo
Tuesday, November 13, 2007
NORTHERN KOSOVO, Serbia-An outlawed ethnic Albanian paramilitary group is patrolling northern Kosovo towns along the Serb border in defiance of international authorities, saying it had been provoked by Serb threats and will defend Kosovo "to the last soldier."
A commander of the outlawed Albanian National Army, known as AKSH and branded as a terrorist organization by the U.N. mission in Kosovo, also told The Associated Press the group was disillusioned with Kosovo's political leaders and considered the international-mediated talks on the province's future to be a failure.
"Preka," who commands a group of 40-50 paramilitaries in northern Kosovo, agreed to the interview under the condition that the exact location and his name not be disclosed. The paramilitaries were wearing ski masks and mostly black military fatigues, and were equipped with different types of light weapons, including AK-47s.

Canadian accused of war crimes in Croatia held without bond in Detroit
Tuesday November 13th, 2007
DETROIT - A Canadian truck driver accused of war crimes against civilians in his native Croatia has been ordered held without bond at the Wayne County Jail pending a hearing next month.
Goran Pavic, 42, of Kitchener, Ont., was arrested last Wednesday night after crossing the Ambassador Bridge from Windsor, Ont., into Detroit. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection service says the long-haul trucker's name was on an Interpol list of Serbs wanted for war crimes by the Croatian government.
The U.S. government wants to extradite Pavic to face charges. But his lawyer questions whether there is a valid extradition treaty in effect and whether alleged war crimes are subject to that treaty. U.S. Magistrate Judge Virginia Morgan set a Dec. 4 hearing on the issue.
The agency has been seeking possession of the blueprints since 2005, when it stumbled upon them among a batch of other documents during its examination of suspect Iranian nuclear activities. While agency inspectors had been allowed to examine them in the country, Tehran had up to now refused to let the IAEA have a copy for closer perusal.

President of the Saudi-funded Muslim World League (aka RABITA), Dr. Abdullah Abdulmohsin Al-Turki, is throwing a party in Mecca right now where worlds leading Imams and Islamic intellectuals have gathered to discuss the coming class of civilizations that, in all likelihood, they seek to instigate.
A noticeable presence at this conference is the Chief Bosnian Muslim Imam Mustafa Ceric. Mustafa Ceric recently dispatched another extremist Imam Sulejman Bugari to the US in order to radicalize the American Bosnian Muslim flock. Ceric also traveled to Washington before going to Saudi Arabia. I Washington, Ceric approved of the hired congressional help that will help push resolutions that seeks to place Bosnian Serb Christians under Islamic domination.
In Cerics delegation to Saudi Arabia we also find another extremist Bosnian Muslim, Husein Zivalj, a man responsible for managing al-Qaeda money transfers that were pouring into Bosnian Muslim bank account in Vienna bank in the 1990s. The alQaeda money was used to fund Bosnian Muslim Armys Jihad they were waging against Christian Serbs in Bosnia.
Muslim World League is also known for such intellectual gems as referring to Jews and Christians as apes and pigs, respectively and have called on the worlds Muslims to put pressure on both Serbs and Jews, a coded phrase which is an invitation to every pious Muslim to seek and kill Jews and Serbs.
Some of the intellectuals sharing the panel with the Bosnian Muslim Chief Imam are Muslims who have written textbooks where Christians and Jews are denounced as infidels and are presented as enemies of Islam and of Muslims, and Jews are referred to as a wicked nation.
According to the Journal of Turkish Weekly, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice believes that Bosnia does not operate as a real state and that Kosovo still does not have economy so the policy she proposes is identical to the extremist Muslim World League.

PESHAWAR, Pakistan:
ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Islamic militants regularly target music and video shops, and sometimes Internet cafes, in the region in what they say is a drive against obscenity.

A young female Islamic candidate could play a key role in determining the result of Denmark's general election - with a close finish expected in Tuesday's poll. Asmaa Abdol-Hamid, a 25-year-old Palestinian social worker who grew up in a Lebanese refugee camp, is standing as a candidate for the extreme left-wing Red-Green Alliance for a seat in the parliament or Folketing, as it is known in Denmark.
Opinion polls have predicted a slim victory for prime minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen's centre-right coalition over the centre-left opposition. Media reports suggest one voter in three is undecided. According to the Italian daily, La Repubblica, Asmaa is a strict Muslim who has created controversy during her campaign by refusing to shake hands with male voters in respect for her faith.
She has also appeared on television comparing Iraqis who attack marines to the Danes who fought the Nazis.

New Jihadi manual rejects militant violence in Arab-Islamic world

See Oorang’s post no. 665 regarding “Nearly one tonne of radioactive waste has disappeared from a hospital in Banja Luka over the last couple of days, Bosnian Serb media reported” — ping.
This TSA Suspicious Incident #177, Unclassified but For Official Use Only (U//FOUO), "has many of the elements of pre-operational terrorist planning" according to TSA Office of Intelligence. It was leaked to me earlier today in my ongoing efforts to compile terrorist dry runs and probes on airplanes.
A FFDO (Federal Flight Deck Officer i.e. armed pilot) flying in non-mission status on October 24, 2007, on a flight from Washington D.C. to Milwaukee, identified himself to flight crew in advance of take-off. When flight crew witnessed suspicious behavior by four passengers, they reported the information to the FFDO. The following unfolded:
(U//FOUO) Suspicious Activity Onboard Flight to Milwaukee
(U//FOUO) On 24 October 2007, crewmembers aboard a Reagan-Washington National to Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport flight reported to a Federal Flight Deck Officer (FFDO) flying in non-mission status that they noticed suspicious behavior by four passengers.
One of the subjects entered and exited the rear aircraft lavatory three times and failed to comply with crewmembers' verbal instructions. The FFDO seated himself near this subject to observe his behavior. Shortly afterward, two more of the subjects moved into the aisles and entered both lavatories. After one of the subjects vacated the rear left lavatory, the FFDO searched it, noting that the mirror above the sink was not properly latched.
He exited the lavatory and a fourth subject was waiting second in line with a passenger in front of him. The FFDO offered the fourth subject access to the right lavatory, but the subject declined, claiming the right lavatory was dirty. The FFDO noted the right lavatory was clean, and the subject reluctantly entered the right lavatory and remained there for an extended period of time. (TSA/SD-10-3849-07)
(U//FOUO) TSA Office of Intelligence Comment: Although there is no information that the aircraft was being specifically targeted for a future terrorist attack, the actions of the four passengers are highly suspicious. FFDO confirmation of possible tampering of the lavatory mirror in one of the lavatories could be indicative of an attempt to locate concealment areas for smuggling criminal contraband or terrorist materials. In this case, it appears the left lavatory was the sole area of interest for the passengers. One subject's excuse that the right lavatory was dirty when it was confirmed to be clean shows the four passengers had a specific, operational objective. Although unconfirmed at this time, this incident has many of the elements of pre-operational terrorist planning.

Before August 2006, the TSA refused to admit publicly that terrorists took dry runs and probes on U.S. aircraft (after the London Planes Plot, the White House stated, "we know they do dry runs" and TSA quietly agreed). Unless there have been 177 such incidents in the past fifteen months, one wonders when TSA Suspicious Incident Reports #1-#176 occurred and what information they contain?

Sighing...some things just don’t change...because some people don’t change.
Five trucks emitting high levels of radiation have been stopped on the border between Poland and Belarus, state television in Minsk said Tuesday.
"Four trucks arriving from Italy and Germany with a cargo of firebricks, ceramic quarry tiles and food colourings were stopped at the Polish-Belarus border," Belarus TV cited a high-ranking official at the Ministry for Emergency Situations as saying.
A fifth truck carrying a similar cargo was stopped at the Ukrainian-Belarus border, according to the same source. Tests at the border revealed radiation levels two and a half times the normal level. The trucks are currently being examined by ministry specialists.

You're most welcome. In a place where the truth is what we seek and report, we speak the truth about you and your efforts here. Actually thank YOU Oorang.
Very true. Someone I know who hired in with a homeland security-related part of the government a year ago has undergone recent (last month or so) scruntiny (along with others hired besides himself).
Thanks for the feedback MamaDearest and Oorang.
That’s why this FBI/CIA employee arrest leaves a lot of question marks.
