I told my wife that this was going to go into the several hundred thousands by the time it was through....
The bidding at EBay has reached $100,000.
No word from the signers of the original letter if any of them plan to contribute....much less match the winning bid as Limbaugh has pledged to do.
Do any of the following signers represent your state???
......Harry Reid ......Hillary Rodham Clinton ......Blanche Lincoln
......Richard Durbin ......Kent Conrad .......Bob Menendez
......Charles Schumer ......Christopher Dodd ......Barbara Mikulski
......Patty Murray ......Byron Dorgan ......Bill Nelson
......Daniel Akaka ......Dianne Feinstein ......Barack Obama
......Max Baucus ......Tom Harkin ......Jack Reed
......Joseph Biden .......Daniel Inouye .......Jay Rockefeller
......Barbara Boxer ......Edward M. Kennedy ......Ken Salazar
......Sherrod Brown ......John Kerry ......Bernie Sanders
......Robert Byrd ......Amy Klobuchar ......Debbie Stabenow
......Benjamin Cardin ......Mary Landrieu .......Jon Tester
......Tom Carper .......Frank Lautenberg ......Jim Webb
......Bob Casey ......Patrick Leahy ......Sheldon Whitehouse
......Carl Levin ......Ron Wyden
to date NONE of the Phony 41 have pledged any matching funds.
Rush Limbaugh has pledge to match this auction dollar for dollar.
Number of views 335180+ and climbing.
(that is more than most of MSNBC's shows)
Message to Rush:
If you could link the list of signatories to a closeup of the signature, it would be yet another service to humanity.
The closeups would allow us to analyze the handwriting so we might better understand what afflicts or possesses these people.
Thanks,
a freeper

Rush is brilliant, he is sticking it to those who ignore the constitution and a great charity reaps the rewards.....and still the dims do not get it.....
I have a letter signed by Senator Bill Bradly (D, NJ) However, it is probably worth more (and not that much either) because he was an NBA star rather than because he was one in an endless line of RAT party NJ senators (even if he was far from the worst of them).
As a Freeper pointed out yesterday supreme imperial leader Byrd’s signature was not his.
I think it will go a lot higher, probably in the $250k range, but that’s just a guess.
It certainly has historic value.
One day to go.Most will wait until the last half hour to bid
Sorry to say...KBH is retiring...
It’s been all over Fox News. I was home all day yesterday so I had it on all day. I saw it on Fox and Friends, Cavuto, Shep, H&C, and Red Eye (yes, I’m a news junkie). In fact, Alan Colmes said he wants to buy it, put it back on Ebay and give the money to the ACLU. That’s very capitalist of him. Probably wants them to mount a campaign to symbolically bury the word “Islamo-fascist”.
Notice how many on that list are multimillionaires. Will they make a tax-free donation? H**l, no. How can you tell when a liberal is lying? His lips are moving. Hypocrites all.
A document with the signature of 41 back-stabbing, low-life, scum-sucking senators has absolutely no value to me.
My copy of an email sent to my Senator here in Maryland:
“Mr. Cardin,
I note with utter disappointment in you and Senator Mikulski, that your names appear on Senator Reid’s letter to the President/CEO of Clear Channel Communications. Unless you and Senator Mikulksi are utterly stupid, which I doubt you are, you have to know that Rush’s comment about phony soldiers had to do with Jesse MacBeth and his ilk and not our men and women who are fighting in Iraq but may be opposed to the war.
I wanted you to know that I find the attempt of the Senate to challenge the Free Speech of a private citizen utterly detestable...made even more so by the fact that Senator Reid’s entire premise for it is based on a lie.
You should be ashamed, sir. Do the Democrats in the Senate really have so little respect for Free Speech and the truth?”
Rush should fly to the winner in EIB1 and personally deliver the document. There should be big publicity surrounding the end of this event.
Which are the more valuable? The signatures of Rats who signed or those who did not sign?
I was talking with my husband about 3:25 p.m., telling him the bid had jumped to $100,00 from $65,100 this morning. When I went back to double-check the price...it had jumped to $102,300 by 3:30, only a few minutes later. The bidding will get really hot the last few hours, and will jump even higher within the last few minutes. I will be online to watch. This is the most fun Ive had in a long time.
Oh, contraire , their evil has been framed for the world to see!!! A document to shake ones head at!!!
Good point. Going after a corporation for exercising its 1st amendment rights must've whetted their appetite for more!
