Depending on who the winning bidder is:
Rush should fly to the winner in EIB1 and personally deliver the document. There should be big publicity surrounding the end of this event.

Rush said today that he is still deciding how and where to hold the ceremony. Leave it to El Rushbo for something brilliant!

Yesterday Rush mentioned that him delivering the letter in person was a good idea at first, but then he might have to end up at the door of The DNC, if their bid wins.
Remember that there’s no legal way that they can prevent a leftist from winning the letter if they’re high bidder and pay for it.
