Jimmy Carter is no longer the worst U.S. president. Carter only gave away the Panama Canal; Globalist Bush is giving away our sovereignty, our language, our jobs, our social security plus he wants to give amnesty to 12-20 million illegal aliens who broke our laws.
While the number of illegal aliens within our borders is not known with any precision, most estimates range from 12 to 20 million. Unfortunately these are only guesstimates no one actually knows how many there are. Some claim it could be 30 million or higher. If each amnestied illegal only brings in four dependents, our population will increase anywhere from 48 to 120 million and perhaps more.
Bush claims he wants immigrants to learn English yet refuses to rescind Executive Order 13166. This order is an unfunded mandate that directs any entity that receives federal funds to provide services in ANY foreign language. With a stroke of his pen, W could rescind E.O. 13166.
Bush speaks with a forked tongue and is only giving lip service to securing our borders. When discussing border security the president sounds like a hawk but actually prevented any meaningful border enforcement for five years. Its a national disgrace that the president has done next to nothing to secure our borders; by his incompetence, he has placed the entire nation at risk. Its time to put the impeachment machinery in gear.
A President must lead, like a coach who knows how to fire up his team before the big game.
Naw, Jimmy Carter is still the worst President of modern history. Granted, Dubya ranks up there but Carter is the absolute worst.
Bush is a failure largely now but he is not the worst...he has company below him and yep....Jimmy is one of them.
Your typical feminist has never even heard of President Harding. But what if women hadn't been given the right to vote...? I'll leave that can of worms for somebody else to open.
Paul Volker fixed Carter’s economy.
Carter inherited bad gas prices and did little to stop it or spending plus his malaise speeches were just awful.
He projected such weakness. Bush does not.
Bush projects (now) disconnected stubborness and he has a penchant for politcally correct finger pointing over anything ethnic or religious...a trait that bugs me to death.
I think his play by hunch personality was good in 10/01 but serves him poorly now.
Carter gave away:
Nicaragua
Iran
Panama Canal
Bush is trying to give away my culture....make no mistake of that and I truly believe he thinks folks like me trying to stop him are bigots same as they said we were sexists when we fought the Harriet thing.
One of his first acts as governor of Texas was to take down a memorial plaque to Confedrate dead that had been on state grounds for many years.
I never liked that but that sort of revsionist outlook sorta sums he and his NeoCon buds up pretty well and it has proven to be as problematic as I feared.
I first got a hint of Bush’s PC nature about sensitive stuff when he turned on Lott and went purely politcally correct on him....broke Ronnie’s law too but the Bushes never liked Ronnie much....they thought he was below them. Now Lott proved to be indefensible but seeing so called conservatives race hustle nd go PC like that was sad to watch
but Bush and his minions have done it time and again...they are true believers
I will be glad to see them gone.
Guess what this is from?

b) CONFORMING AMENDMENT.The table of chap
ters for title 4, United States Code, is amended by adding
at the end the following:
6. Language of the Government of the United States ....... 161.
Can’t disagree with what you are saying.
He hasn't given up on it yet...
Yes. Bush was an excellent President.
Carter was simply inept. Clinton was evil.
Should be:
Carter is simply inept. Clinton is evil.
To which for the sake of accuracy I'm compelled to add:
Both Clintons are evil.
(The jury is still out on their spawn)...
Sleeping? He looks crushed to death!
Yes to all.
Jimmy Carter was willing to surrender before anyone asked him too.
Lynch Joe.
Why not? If Reagan expected his plan to work (when previous ones didn't) why shouldn't Bush be allowed to think the same thing?
Presidents have plenty of power to influence the economy one way or another. From what I've read Hoover wasn't too fond of the stock market and used his influence to get the Federal Reserve to make big hikes in margin rates. He also was influential in getting companies to maintain wage levels that led to massive layoffs. FDR continued the same policy, but he made people enjoy the depression so much more than Hoover.
