Ever since that late morning is Dealey Plaza Dallas Texas, November 22nd 1963, the soul of America has been tortured by lingering doubts about the official version of the murder of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. The Chief Justice Earl Warren was appointed by Lyndon Baines Johnson to head the official investigation, the Warren Commission. After reviewing all the evidence, the Commission's final report named Lee Harvey Oswald as the lone gunman responsible.
In 1966, the book, Six Seconds in Dallas, raised important questions pointing to evidence which indicated that there was more than one shooter. More than one shooter would indicate a conspiracy, so the next question would be "Who else was involved"...

I'm sure it was, unless it was something else like an artifact on the film or the lens from the archaic consumer motion picture cameras of the time. Everyone's location in the TSBD at the time of the shooting has long been accounted for. I'd have to say that if the movement in the windows shown in the film was caused by human beings, it would be Bonnie Ray Williams, Harold Norman, and James Jarman looking at the motorcade from the fifth floor right underneath Oswald's position. You can see two of these men, Williams and Norman, in the picture I linked above just a moment after the shooting. You can click here for Williams' testimony before the Warren Commission.
What's the last name of the photographer you're related to?
All of this is very intersting. Thanks for the ping! I have spent dozens and dozens of hours reading, studying and researching this topic, as a hobby. Every bit of info is wonderful to me.
Nope. It sounds like you are a victim of family legend. http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/russ/wit.htm#a
This offers no insight whatsoever.
Yeah...that Karl...a magnificient b_______ even at thirteen!
All the silly conspiracy theories regarding the JFK Assassination are ~caused~ by the silly Warren Report theories that Oswald could have made the 'magic bullet' shots as alleged [by Allen Specter].
It's highly doubtful that Oswald would have been convicted from the evidence presented.
You've just never really studied the facts of the assassination, tpaine.
I've been studying the evidence since '64, when the botched Report first came out. Several days after its publication I pointed out [in a published letter to the editor] the ~fact~ of a mismatch with the holes in JFK's clothing and the wound in the back of his 'neck', as per photos/drawings in the Report.
There is no 'magic bullet'.
Specter says different. Read the report itself for his fanciful 'explanation'; - which was actually speculation.
It all makes sense. All the evidence you need has been around for two generations.
The reports crucial 'evidence' has been under credible dispute since its publication. Much of the fundamental evidence is flawed.
You're a decent chap, but I've just never understood this particularly puzzling thing about you not knowing the fundamentals of the JFK assassination.
I've never understood the puzzling 'thing' you fellas have about defending obviously flawed portions of the Report. Why does it bother you so much when us 'decent chaps' dispute the 'official version'?
When power is the goal, it’s been very common, historically, for the “next” to kill the “now” to BECOME the “now.”
My father read the (farcical) “Warren Reports” back in the day—and everything else he could get his hands on about the subject. He has always maintained it was LBJ. I agree. Too simple to overlook.
While the “Oswald did it” people agree as to how it was done, the Conspiracy Theorist argue that it couldn’t have been done due to a minor error in reporting. The “ODI” people have to account for every single degree of trajectory. Not so for the theorists.
I can prove that right now. Explain exactly how the assassination occured to the last detail. Where the killer or killers were standing, weapons used and what wounds were caused by each.
You can’t do it. Nothing else matches like Oswald alone killed Kennedy. And yeah, the second bullet blew through two people because that’s exactly what it was designed to do. A heavily jacketed bullet designed against massed troops.
You must have had better teachers than me. Everyone in my eight grade class knew that Superman could kick Batman's butt and that Mickey Mantle could kick both Superman's and Batman's at the same time.
It was also the first time, I recall, that we were not happy about being dismissed early.
1. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
2. It's next to impossible to prove a negative.
You are correct, in that it is another piece to a puzzle that my never be solved. The 20 minute tape was interesting, if taken at face value. As more and more of the “players” die it will be interesting to see what else comes out.
But that was all before Chuck Norris.
Chuck Norris knows all the prime numbers. Every one of them. God asks Chuck Norris for help with math homework.
01 Chuck Norris’ tears cure cancer. Too bad he has never cried.
02 Chuck Norris counted to infinity - twice.
03 Chuck Norris does not hunt because the word hunting infers the probability of failure. Chuck Norris goes killing.
04 If you can see Chuck Norris, he can see you. If you can’t see Chuck Norris you may be only seconds away from death.
05 Chuck Norris sold his soul to the devil for his rugged good looks and unparalleled martial arts ability. Shortly after the transaction was finalized, Chuck roundhouse kicked the devil in the face and took his soul back. The devil, who appreciates irony, couldn’t stay mad and admitted he should have seen it coming. They now play poker every second Wednesday of the month.
06 When the Boogeyman goes to sleep every night he checks his closet for Chuck Norris.
07 Chuck Norris built a time machine and went back in time to stop the JFK assassination. As Oswald shot, Chuck Norris met all three bullets with his beard, deflecting them. JFK’s head exploded out of sheer amazement.
08 Chuck Norris has already been to Mars; that’s why there are no signs of life there.
09 They once made a Chuck Norris toilet paper, but it wouldn’t take shit from anybody.
10 A blind man once stepped on Chuck Norris’ shoe. Chuck replied, “Don’t you know who I am? I’m Chuck Norris!” The mere mention of his name cured this man blindness. Sadly the first, last, and only thing this man ever saw, was a fatal roundhouse delivered by Chuck Norris.
All those who have taken the Perry Mason approach to investigating this case and thinking for yourselves will be rewarded.
Despite the fact that our govt found the JFK Assassination was ‘probably’ a conspiracy, and the countless polls showing 70%-80% believe there was one, there is not much interest in a new investigation.
I can’t wait for the day the ‘mainstream media’ has to report on this, and tell us it was a conspiracy...
Well, see, that's precisely the kind of thing I mean when I say that I'm puzzled that you don't understand the fundamentals.
New film ("The George Jefferies Film") has already been revealed that shows how the back brace Kennedy wore at the time led to the bunching up of the material of his suit jacket as he sat in the limousine at a higher plane than did Governor Connally. Pause the embedded film right at 00:25 to see ths effect.
This new film shows clearly what the counter-conspriracists (for lack of a better term, the 'Lone Gunman Believers' if you like that better) have been saying since that time in discrediting the notion of the 'zig-zagging' bullet.
This is not the first film that shows the bunching up of the material, nor the relative height difference between the President and Governor Connally, it's just the clearest. In fact, see how Sen. Arlen Specter demonstrates exactly this fact in the link above.
If you're aware of this film and simply don't believe it or buy the explanation of why it matters, then you're willfully ignorant because you simply want to believe in conspiracy. Maybe it's just that you greatly dislike Sen. Arlen Specter for some reason. Well, you would have quite a lot of company here on FR, but that's no reason to disregard the Warren Commission Report.
Really, tpaine: Kennedy's bunched-up suit coat, the difference in seated height between the two men, the downhill slope of Elm Street away from the TSBD, and the 'flying drill' ballistic characteristics of 6.5 Carcano military ball ammo are the sum of what mechanics were involved in the third shot causing the wounds and bullet path that you believe to be evidence of conspiracy.
This evidence has been available for forty-plus years. The only people remaining who believe in conspiracy are those uneducated by the facts (i.e., most who still believe in something more than Lee Harvey Oswald being the lone gunman, for whatever unfounded reason though they don't quite know why they believe what they do) or those conspiracists that want to ignore certain critical evidence to shape their pet reasonings for conspiracy because they're trying to sell spooky books, sell a paranoiac political idea, or cover up the embarassing fact that an adolescent-minded left wing Commie moonbat with undiagnosed sociopathic rage issues murdered our President in order to make the world remember his name forever.

Audio Clip Of Hunt's Confession - as heard on the April 28th, 2007 edition of Coast to Coast Live hosted by Ian Punnett.
The following is a transcript of Hunt's confession on the audio tape clip:
I heard from Frank that LBJ had designated Cord Meyer, Jr. to undertake a larger organization while keeping it totally secret. Cord Meyer himself was a rather favorite member of the Eastern aristocracy. He was a graduate of Yale University and had joined the Marine Corps during the war and lost an eye in the Pacific fighting.
I think that LBJ settled on Meyer as an opportunist, parentlike himself a parentand a man who had very little left to him in life ever since JFK had taken Cord's wife as one of his mistresses. I would suggest that Cord Meyer welcomed the approach from LBJ, who was after all only the Vice President at that time and of course could not number Cord Meyer among JFK's admirersquite the contrary.
As for Dave Phillips, I knew him pretty well at one time. He worked for me during the Guatemala project. He had made himself useful to the agency in Santiago, Chile where he was an American businessman. In any case, his actions, whatever they were, came to the attention of the Santiago station chief and when his resume became known to people in the Western hemisphere division he was brought in to work on Guatemalan operations.
Sturgis and Morales and people of that ilk stayed in apartment houses during preparations for the big event. Their addresses were very subject to change, so that where a fellow like Morales had been one day, you'd not necessarily associated [sic] with that address the following day. In short, it was a very mobile experience.
Let me point out at this point, that if I had wanted to fictionalize what went on in Miami and elsewhere during the run up for the big event, I would have done so. But I don't want any unreality to tinge this particular story, or the information, I should say. I was a benchwarmer on it and I had a reputation for honesty.
I think it's essential to refocus on what this information that I've been providing youand you alone, by the wayconsists of. What is important in the story is that we've backtracked the chain of command up through Cord Meyer and laying [sic] the doings at the doorstep of LBJ. He, in my opinion, had an almost maniacal urge to become President. He regarded JFK, as he was in fact, an obstacle to achieving that. He could have waited for JFK to finish out his term and then undoubtedly a second term. So that would have put LBJ at the head of a long list of people who were waiting for some change in the executive branch.
Watch the Zapruder film. As JFK is leaning forward, the last shot took off the back of his head. His head is flung back, while everyone else is stationary.
In one of the AP pictures that show SS Clint Hill climbing on back of the Presidential limo, you clearly see a bullet hole in the front windshield. (The windshield was later removed from the limo. )
I am not into conspiracies, but the idea that the shots all came from up and behind seems to defy logic and physics.
