Ever since that late morning is Dealey Plaza Dallas Texas, November 22nd 1963, the soul of America has been tortured by lingering doubts about the official version of the murder of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. The Chief Justice Earl Warren was appointed by Lyndon Baines Johnson to head the official investigation, the Warren Commission. After reviewing all the evidence, the Commission's final report named Lee Harvey Oswald as the lone gunman responsible.

In 1966, the book, Six Seconds in Dallas, raised important questions pointing to evidence which indicated that there was more than one shooter. More than one shooter would indicate a conspiracy, so the next question would be "Who else was involved"...

I find it startling that a man who helped invent the CIA, toppled governments, wrote over 80 novels; whose name was on the roldexes of 4 or 5 presidents would ever entrust the details of Kennedy’s killing with his dealer/drug addict son...

A man of Hunt’s stature could have summoned a phalanx of media to disclose first hand knowledge of that day in Dallas...Wouldn’t disclosing the family secret put Junior in harms way (assuming there was a secret)...Hunt appeared to be a man of honor...A man like that would not put his country or even a ne’er-do-well son in mortal jeopardy ...The only plot here is cashing in on a martyred President and a dead spy...The apple has fallen light years from the tree...

Meaning your average hunter. No I watched several programs on the Kennedy Assassination, none of which were CBS.
Outside of “Men who killed Kennedy” (which was a farce) all the latest programs shown that yes it was very possible that Oswald and likely no one else was involved. At least not in the ways Conspiracy nuts believe it happened. No expert but I don't belive in prefect conspiracies or fairy tales .

If the primary shooter misses, how do they ensure a dead president but prevent multiple shots at the same time? Meaning machine gun like procession.

I’ll admit my mistake for that, I didn’t wait for it to completely load. However that is the headshot from a FORWARD POSITION. Numbers of people saw that shot and testified to it to the FBI and the Dallas police. NONE of those people were asked to testify at the Warren commission. Which by the way was a crock.

Last time I checked, LBJ was riding in the motorcade. He wasn’t on some rooftop with a rifle.
There is no difference between the Freepers who find Oswald not guilty and the jurists for the OJ Simpson trial.

Posner’s book isn’t the final word. You deal with it. E Howard Hunt and Charles Harrison both were involved. Plenty of motives with Johnson knowing what would happen.

there was movement in two windows, that were not commonly associated with the sixth floor window “snipers nest” attributed to Oswald? And there was movement in the sixth floor window that we assume to be Oswald? Please clarify.

Yes. I believe they were able to use another movie from the same time of the same building but from a different position to provide an element of depth to what could be seen in the windows.
