Rush reports that a Cessna has been reported as crashing into (at least one) apartment complex in NYC Mannhattan's upper east side - on East 71st Street.

The initial report of this gave me the same sort of shivers I had one September day in 2001.
Prayers up for all in the aircraft and in the building, and those going in to rescue them.
