Rush reports that a Cessna has been reported as crashing into (at least one) apartment complex in NYC Mannhattan's upper east side - on East 71st Street.

I'd say that there doesn't need to be any circling the Statue of Liberty. Thats a GA regulation we need for sure.

Yeah the FBI didn't say flatly "it wasn't terrorism", they said it didn't appear to be terrorism.
There are a couple nutter "big lies":
They'll complain about the government "ruling out" terrorism immediately after some incident...of course, you'll never actually find ANY incidents where soon after the incident some authority literally says they've "ruled out" terrorism - it's always something to the effect of "at this point, we have no indications that it was terrorism."
The other claim is that in any incident where the perpetrator or person involved isn't INSTANTLY known indicates the name of the person is Arab or Muslim and it's being covered up. Pure nonsense.

The source was WCBS-TV. Reporter Pablo Guzman to be specific. Mayor Bloomberg now says there were only two people on board the plane - a flight instructor and a student pilot.

99.9% of all plane crashes are the fault of someone having an "oops moment" in the cockpit, or having the wrong response to someone else's "oops moment".

Bloomberg just said that it was a student pilot with 75 hours of flight time. I thought Lidle had his license for 7 months.

Most pilots who crash in water die while still unconcious. Some wake up for a moment, after it is too late to do anything about their lungs being full of water. Cant imagine a more terrifying death.
