Rush reports that a Cessna has been reported as crashing into (at least one) apartment complex in NYC Mannhattan's upper east side - on East 71st Street.

Are you hearing anything about a distress call about the fuel?
No. And if the plane took off from Teterboro, I don't see why the plane would be low on have fuel. It's not that far from Manhattan.
