US 'cannot confirm' bin Laden report

THE U.S. government is unable to confirm a French newspaper report that al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden is believed to have died last month in Pakistan, a U.S. counterterrorism official said today.

"We cannot confirm the account," said the official, who declined to be identified because he was not authorised to speak publicly

interesting this story comes out... and if you recall recently in the last week or so we got news that there would be a "final" message from bin laden and this would preclude the suitcase nuke detonations in the USA... last message may just mean that... he is dead and can't make any more...

I saw the POS on Fox in that promo that they ran this morning. klintoon used that same faux anger and wagging finger that he used when (red faced and puffing himself up... eyes red with anger) he declared, "I did not have sexual relations".

What a pant-load of bovine poop! Fox and Friends weekend crew (who are at times to the left of mao) were making fun of billy-jeff. They said he had a bad heart, and dying over an interview would not be a good PR move. Maybe not... but I would enjoy the heck out of seeing that!

Bin Laden has more than likely been dead for a long time. It makes no sense for him to be a loud mouth Al Sharpton/Jesse Jackson type with threats and then just stop with little output from him all at once. Bin Laden, alive, would know the value of sending out radio messages and videos (more often than what is being sent out now) to the insurgents in Iraq and the world. Its a no brainer that he could do this(send out messages) with impunity and not have to worry about the CIA or the Intelligence community.
