Put yourself in their position. In fact, I recall a time I myself was in a similar position and I'm thinking perhaps many of you have been as well.
For we all take over jobs in our careers that someone else once did, right? SOMEONE held your job before you is what I'm saying here.
Now in most cases the previous occupier of the job has gone and left the company but I had an instance, rare to be sure, where I took over a job done by another employee of the company who then moved on to another job in the company.
You're just going to have go with me on this, but that lady did the WORST job in history. I was an accountant for a car dealer and I worked in the leasing end of the business. She had accounts receivable some 120 days past due and never even sent a "past due" letter. She had all the files so messed up and ...well I'm sure yon readers have been there and done that, or at least those with some work experience.
This woman spent an entire year lambasting me all the hell over the place. Why? Because by doing the job CORRECTLY, I made her look bad. Her response was not an intelligent and studied one, a response of scrutiny to learn from her past mistakes. Oh no, she had to get all hysterical and carry on like a hyena. I knew what she was up to and here's the scoop...
So did the rest of the company, including the dealership owner.
The Dems, especially the Clintons, are in that same position. Every day more and more mistakes as made by that administration are revealed. They gave Kim Jong IL nuke technology, they refused Osama from Sudan, they tried to broker a ridiculous Mideast peace at Camp David with known terrorist Arafat.
Clinton was looking for a legacy for himself and NEVER had the best intentions of America in his mind. For sure he didn't want to deal with the anger and wrath of those who would complain about any war endlessly like Bush has to do.
Difference is, my experience was with a small company and in due course people figured it out. With the Dems you have all these talkmeisters out and about and trying to change history. There are 285 million people in this country. It takes a while for a group this size to get the message.
It's my story and I'm sticking to it.
Idea that Republicans back Jewish state ruffles senator
Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., got a little hot under the collar about Rush Limbaugh's analysis today suggesting Republicans are better friends for Israel than Democrats. "Rush Limbaugh s ignorance and willingness to divide Americans knows no bounds," Kerry said in a formal statement on his website just hours after the show ended. "His latest statement about Israel is beyond offensive to all of us who have fought to protect Israel in the face of enemies committed to its destruction."
What did Limbaugh say that got Kerry so bent out of shape? Limbaugh said the most frequent guest in the Clinton White House, besides Monica Lewinsky and the campaign donors in the Lincoln bedroom, was Yasser Arafat. He called President Bush the best friend Israel ever had in the White House.
"Rush Limbaugh needs to pick up a history book instead of a doughnut," Kerry added. "It was a Democratic president who first recognized the State of Israel. It was a Democratic president who first sold Israel defensive weapons. And it was a Democratic president who first sold Israel offensive weapons."
Kerry continued: "The people of Israel and the Jewish community dont need Rush Limbaugh to tell them who stands with them, and no one has time for right wing trying to score cheap political points while Israel fights to defend its very existence."
Arafat all but endorsed Kerry in the 2004 presidential election.
Arafat deputy and chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat told WND in an exclusive interview that while "we do not involve ourselves in internal American politics," at the same time "our region has been sliding deeper and deeper into chaos because of certain policies over the past few years, and this needs to change."
While he would not directly endorse Kerry, it was clear Erekat was implying the PA wants a change in White House leadership: "If things continue the way they are, if certain policies toward our region are maintained in the years to come, there is going to be a lot of violence on both sides."
If I used the word ain't my mother used to say
"Ain't, ain't grammar and you know it ain't." - :0)
He did quite a long interview when in Britain a few weeks ago and came over very well. He was interviewed by both the BBC and Sky News cannot remember which one was the long interview.
No doubt something with "Brokeback" in it.
I agree completely. Why bother? I can learn more then all the Junk Media types know about a story by spending 20 minutes on the Internet. Why waste my time watching drama queens, political motivated posturing and mentally benumbing stupidity all interrupted by intellectually insulting commercials? I have better things to do with my time.
I'm biased as well but would like to see more "tell it like it is" speech instead of more "political" blather. Straight talk is the answer these days.
He was most refreshing to talk to he knew and understood what was happening in the world.
Not just the USA. It appears numerous Arab states, Jordon, Saudi Arabia and others are also showing support for the Israeli position even if they don't come out with it directly.
Timmy boy is a totally owned subsidiary of the DBM and the DNC. He stopped being his own man long ago, if he ever was.
His interview with the NYT author was so disgusting I couldn't believe it--second guessing the war and never ever even mentions at all the Iraqi troops we have trained, total msm bias at work here.
Michael Medved made the comment that if you go to a Conservative Christian convention you will find more support for Israel than a NY Jewish convention.
Pray for W and Our Freedom Fighters
Shalom Israel
This is upstate NY vs. New York City. Upstate we have excess electricy right now. A firm wants to take some of the excess and run it to NYC by building large transmission towers and using eminent domain where necessary. Benefit to NYC - more electricity at a lower cost. Benefit to upstate- none. Disadvantages to upstate - increase cost for electricity (right now it is 15 cents/kWh), lower real estate values for homes along the transmission line. NYC should build generating plants near the city. This issue has united both democrats and republicans in the affected counties up here.
"Yeah Tom, Boortz really let them have it and deservedly so."
Like his announcer says, Boortz can be more annoying than sand in your swim suit.
