They've been blogging the developments in Israel in real-time at Euphoric Reality. The coverage is more comprehensive than anything else I've seen out there. One-stop reading.
Here's the latest (most recent on top):
(Syria.)
In Memory Of The Israeli Soldiers Killed By Hezbollah
(Some photos and names pf the KIA that have been released by the IDF so far)
(Rumors from inside the IDF say it will be tonight)
Special Edition Drop Zone: Israel's Two Front War
(Huge collection of news links and blogger reaction - continuously updated)
(We knew it, we knew it, we knew it - we predicted more terrorism when Israel pussy-footed around with Hamas for almost three weeks. Why shouldn't Hezbollah join the party?!)
Breaking News: Lebanese Hezbollah Invaded Israel!
(News outlets are reporting an Israeli invasion of Lebanon. Let's get it right - Lebanon invaded Israel.)
Doesn't Syria have to protect its eastern border since the US is there?
Syria would be hard pressed to defend *anything* against the U.S.
It was reported earlier last month that Iran was sending troops to Lebanon to train Hezbollah. My bet is the Iranian Guard troops are already there via Syria.
Does Israel have any M.O.A.B's? If so, drop a few....or 20
May God Bless Israel. The only stable democracy in the Middle and a true ally of the United States.
Good stuff - it's nice to have a place with up to date information.
Maybe while Syria is otherwise engaged, the US can enter the Bakaa Valley and sniff around for those missing Iraqi WMDs.
In my opinion Syria doesn't want to, because they know they'll loss.
Iran is trying to convince Syria to take action against Israel.
I believe Iran is attempting to keep the world focused on the Israel theater
so they can maybe get a nuke built while attention is shifted.
Iran also knows Syria would be the loser in a conflict with Israel but they really don't care about Arab nations. They'll use them if they can.
The next few days should prove to be interesting.

Let's hope Israel cuts loose and gives the muzzies whats coming to them. I hope they show NO restraint this time.
I agree. Iran is already in Syria. When the defense ministers of both countries announced their mutual military alliance a couple of weeks ago, the defense minister from Iran said that an attack on Syria would be an attack on Iran.

thanks TOL....it's going to be a long night...fascinating but a little scary..
Well I missed that particular speech.
Oh well we might get a twofer.
It is time to kick butt.
I only been saying that since like 1967 or so!
Fair enough...not surprised that Bibi did that. Wish we had an opposition that put country before politics too.
Update: Nick Blanford of the Times of London reports on the mood in Lebanon:
[T]he capture of two Israeli soldiers fits perfectly with Hezbollahs ideological goals but on a practical level, the group is also taking an enormous risk. Hezbollah is under an awful lot of domestic pressure from Lebanese who support its political movement but are unhappy that it remains an armed organisation. Todays violence has invited a huge response from Israel.
That said, Ive spent the morning driving through Shia villages in southern Lebanon where there has been a feeling of happiness and celebration. Children are flying yellow Hezbollah flags and cheering supporters have set up impromptu roadside stops to hand out sweets, a traditional gesture of celebration.
Update: The IDF says its hit 30 targets in Lebanon so far this morning. The Lebanese prime minister demands that Kofi Annan stop the Zionist aggression.
