Let's just say I am an Equine Investor. :-)

You live in Louisville?

I bought a map of Germany a long time ago when I lived there. Everytime that I went to a new place, I would underline it on my map. That map has a lot of lines on it.

I remember seeing Swabische Hall on the Autobahn signs, but I honestly can't recall if I actually made it there. Likely I did, because I got around a lot, but possibly not there. I'll have to look for that old map because I know that if I went there I'd have underlined it.

I have been to California a number of times, but I am not sure where Bishop is. Is it South or North. ....? I'll check it out.

Yup.

I haven't invested in a long time.

In my single days, I was an investment counselor for a few gentlemen.

Dumped one client when he absconded with the full take of the day.

Intercourse, PA.

No, not for the name. For the whoopie pies and the pretzels. Okay, you have to get a little closer to Lancaster for the best whoopie pies.

Great 'Best of...' topic, MoJo!

Let's see...best at Christmastime would be Nurnberg for the Christ Kindl Markt.

Best in the Fall is probably Kona and Hilo or Portland, ME.

Best in the summer...hmmmm....Flagstaff, AZ or Monterey, CA.

And in the Spring? Washington, D.C. for the Cherry Blossoms!

Awesome thread!

If you took my name off your ping list on purpose, I don't want to know why.

Bishop is on the East side of the Sierras, and it's just a bit south of Reno. When you go there, let me know. LOL!!!!

Schwaebisch Hall was the most wonderfully quaint village!! I got to live there for three years. Heavenly.

Talofa Little Sister!

Years ago I'd have said Hong Kong when it was a BCC. Now I'd have to say the best is The Big Apple, New York City. Just visit though.

Wow! You've really thought it out. I will certainly agree with you on Nurnberg...I loved Christ Kindl Markt. All the beautiful ornaments, and the huge pretzels and the chocolate.

And from Monterey to the Bay area have the world's perfect weather. I would live there if I could afford it...never mind the nutty people! LOL!

Berlin is well worth the visit. I've not been there since before the wall came down, so I have no idea what the East looks like now...would love to go back for a visit!
