This should be a list of who is planning to close their business on Monday, May 1 in response of the Great American Boycott. We should compile it and boycott them ourselves if possible!

May I suggest Monday, July 3rd as the "Great American Gringo Walkout Day"? We'll see in a quick hurry who makes this country work!

Doesn't that make you think about the costs no one has yet been talking about related to illegals? Like the cost of all the diamond lanes, freeway repair, each family's loss of time, extra gas bills, cars wearing out earlier due to the gridlock?
And it probably means that 50% of the drivers are uninsured motorists... Good L-rd.

So far it has been "Business as Usual" here in CT. If this is the impact of a Day Without Immigrants (DWI?) I say, who cares?
See, I thought "frozen" would have been the way to go - thinking that the freezing process would kill whatever was in there. I've eaten a ton of raspberries and never gotten sick, but looking back, most had been cooked or maybe had alcohol with them.
I was in such denial about it that I even bought another package of the frozen, thinking it was a one-time happening - nope, evidently it was from that same batch. Violently ill (I never, ever, ever get "throw up" sick from *anything*, ever!) at the first bite. Explosively ill, if you get my drift. Not only that, my mouth broke out in blisters a few days later and I couldn't eat for 3 weeks, could barely talk.
There is a veggie wash that people use, but I just don't know whether you can get it in the nooks and crannies of a raspberry. I can't imagine "brushing" them, you know, like with a toothbrush?
Don't know the answer. I just assume now that I'm allergic and don't eat anything with raspberries or raspberry flavoring. Just like strawberries.
Oh, my grocery store said that no one else had complained about that batch of raspberries, but I don't know if they told me the truth. Also, I did find out that strawberry allergy is one of the most prevalent of the food allergies and that raspberries are often processed in the same plant and with the same equipment as strawberries - so that was one possibility - as I had been without anything remotely related to strawberries in my system for over 20 years at that point.
Still, my allergies never made me throw up - only made my throat close up and breathing difficult. After reading about the cleaning problems the processors have with raspberries, it dawned on me what probably happened.

3. English IS the national language. In order to function in this society an immigrant MUST learn the national language as all have done before them. 4. Residing in this country for all non-citizens has and remains a privilege. Unlike legal citizenship and much like a drivers license that privilege CAN be revoked at any time.
5. The best way to plead ones case and gain groundswell support from the ~87% of Americans ambivalent to their cause IS NOT to spit in their face.

Americans have been told we're having to pay outrageous prices at the pump because we use so much gas. Imagine how much lower the demand would be if there were no illegals. Imagine how much of our tax dollar we'd have to spend on our own families - medical, dental, food, housing, education, etc. Speaking of education, imagine how less expensive college would be if we weren't allowing illegals to pay in-state tuition - of course using Pell Grants and such. Look on any college site and you'll see they give special perks in applications of low income/minorities with ESL... can you say illegals.
They have reverted to form today - the Mexican and other flags have reappeared - but the MSM still wants to portray it as otherwise. That's why I keep posting the pics. To tell the real story.
