Hi, snugs. I don't have a DVD that records, plus I am not sure I even get FTN myself. Hopefully, there will be some comments on this thread.
Sorry johnny, I don't know. I just can't bring myself to punch the channel selector for CNN. I could only watch part of it so I left the TV on FNC while I was busy with other things.
Dems depend on focus groups and polls for word choices because they lack vocabulary/intellect to find their own.
I want to SEE Russert sweat and mumble under oath.
For as long as I was able to listen, no one did. Apparently, in Julian's mind, such as it is, French muslims are not really "French."
These senators are the ones to retire and allow fresh blood in the congress before demanding fresh blood in WH in 6 years.
Thanks! Good for General Casey!!!
Any quotes you can pass along?
Timmy trying to stick it to the Gen, including mentioning in a 'civil war'. IMHO the Gen is doing a decent job of standing up to Timmy (in a 'nice' way).
BTW - I didn't catch all of it, but there was a guy on F&F earlier talking about Iraq - - he was talking about Fallujah and made a couple of good points, one of which is that we cleaned them out a year ago and the city council is working on doing normal biz in providing for their citizens and - -
When is the last time anyone has mentioned Fallujah?!
The Austin paper has General George W. Casey, commander of US forces in Iraq and Dick Turbin on FNS today. I was hoping to watch the general, but if Turbin is on for one hour, I'll find something more constructive to do before Church.
Yeah... he'll be in a chair... but will he be awake? Will it matter?
I saw that he was one of the Republican bastids who voted NO on keeping 'hands-off' SS funds. Way'ta'go DICK!
Morning snugs. Looks likw anti-war protests fizzled this time.
MTP
Russert is using his 'serious voice' to question the General.
lol
Morning snugs. Looks like anti-war protests fizzled this time.
Ahhh, come on. Just whisper the word you have for Hillary.
It really is true. Truth, logic or consistency mean nothing to Democrats who rely on focus groups to create an image for themselves.
What's java?
LOL. Maybe Katie Couric could loan him her "serious" glasses for the interview.
It's coffee, snugs. You are so adorable.
Doesn't Fox have a two hour special on Iraq tonight? It looked like it would include the older one hour special on Fallujah.
"Speaking of incompetence, I'd like to see someone quiz old Wesley Clark about Kosovo a little bit."
That's one of the things that has driven me NUTS for sometime now - - all the harping over the past few years about:
1. Bush has no exit plan
2. When are we bringing the troops home
3. When are the Iraqis going to be stand up on their own
4. The war is costing us $XXX per day
5. Bush went in unilaterally, w.o. the UN's 'approval'
All the same could be said about Bubba and Bosnia and Kosovo, EXCEPT nothing is ever mentioned. How about the fact that the year we went in there he said all the troops would be home by Christmas!!
MTP
Russert is pointing his whole hand at the General.
[Timmy means business this morning! Where are the Iraq War protesters?]
