now that is "public" what Kerry wants, it is no longer secret. Obviously, he wants it to be known "Kerry's support" in the war against Terrorism. How lame of him, ehh?

It's actually a good idea...except that since he plastered it all over the news it's not a secret anymore!

Before I open a Scrappleface post, I play this little game where I try to guess how many people will post replies treating the OP as serious before anyone realises...

Finally! I have been saying to myself "this has got to be a Scrappleface article" about a dozen times over the last week or 2 (Clinton, Gore, Carter, the White House press corp, etc.) - now, finally, I am right!

You can't tell fact from fiction with those jokers.

The title says Kerry will back something that Bush is doing.

That is enough to give it away as satire.

Strangely, the Scrappleface angle on the story doesn't really add that much more absurdity to what was already there.

we can’t allow the whiners in the civil rights movement to jeopardize our national security in the name of the so-called right to privacy.”

Oh my, this is too funny. Is there any position he won't flip flop on? Hanoi John trying to look tough on national security. What a hoot.

He makes a statement for the press that he will drop his mighty opposition if the president agrees to "secretly" tape UAE phone calls?????

Thank you for posting that..........it gave me a much needed laugh on this cold gray northwest morning!
