He is?! About what?

He has been getting riled up lately. It's refreshing.

Johnson: Judge Alito deserves the same deference that Republican Senators accorded the Supreme Court nominees of President Clinton

Refreshing.

Very unlike Schumer who kept saying that the nominee Miguel Estrada could be kicked around and denied a federal judgeship because he "already had a job."

I hope you'll let him hear from you again after he called Justice Clarence Thomas an abomination.

Oh, Lord, did he? (Not that I'm surprised.) I'm embarassed to say that I missed that. Can you steer me toward where he said that? He will certainly hear from me, and I'd like to have my facts straight.

Wondering if Leahy has a health issue. I recognize that hoarse voice from a family member who had cancer of the larynx.

Dick Turbin playing the latest talking points.
Bush isn't protecting you!! He's previewing their strategy for the 2006 elections. "we'll protect you better"

These people are hoping and praying that we get attacked so they can use it to win power.

Best part is that I have been reading that the same dire predictions were made about O'Connor and Souter.

The dems bring up the same old broken record every time.

Thanks very much, Dolphy.
Congressional action in this area should be based on respect for the wishes and dignity of those who are incapacitated.

LOL, they are REALLY losing it at DU and DC--
they are looking for help from "Chairman Gov. Dr. Howard Dean" to stop Alito's confirmation...citing Hitler comparisons to Bush and Alito...they are claiming if Alito goes through, Congress ceases to exist...blasting Reid for not forcing a filibuster...there'll be a coronation for "King George"...already celebrating all the Dem election victories later this year...complaining about Grassley's fervor="They are going to win in the long run, right, so why all the drama and tears?" and there must be a conspiracy that the R's know something the D's don't that could endanger Alito's confirmation!

What a chuckle to read this meltdown. Maybe once they get this out of their systems, maybe they'll listen to common sense.

"These people are hoping and praying that we get attacked so they can use it to win power."

That's the truth.

These idiots are trying to smear Judge Alito and they continue to smear Justice Thomas. That's not very smart strategery. They are relying on the fact that Alito and Thomas have unquestioned integrity and would never payback the 'Rats via their rulings. They forget however that these appointents are for life and the esteemed gentlemen will get opportunities for payback. For Example:

SCOTUS Decision - Planned Parenthood vs. State Law

Mr. Justice Thomas delivered the Opinion of the Court.

Justice Thomas: We find that Roe v. Wade is an abomination, and rule for State Law.

Right, DiFi is worried about the Congress losing it's Liberty to legislate and regulate and control.

Stated another way: DiFi is really worried about the liberal-leftist packed Supreme Court losing it's Liberty to legislate and regulate and control!
