HAHAHAHAHA!
That's what's known as the Daschle lesson!

My 5 year old son (my youngest) is finally past Dora My granddaughter loves Dora. Two years old. Everything is Dora...Dora this, Dora that.
I am just learning what this is all about.

An ice pick in the ear is a more pleasant experience. You have my sympathy. LOL! Thank you. I can't wait until we move past these as well. Fairly Odd Parents makes me want to scratch my eyes out.

Corburn is quoting Reed of RI .. that the USSC is the Constitution...
Coburn has stated the obvious, but nevertheless central, tenet of the entire abortion debate. His comments should serve as the basis for the pro-life position and be repeated whenever possible --inside or outside of floor debates. A country that prosecutes those who murder unborn children as a result of violent, criminal behavior and at the same time protects those who murder in abortion clinics is, as Coburn states, a schizophrenic nation.

Thank you!
Confirms my thought that dem. senators are deciding how they're going to vote. Word is that commercials targeting red-state dems. are running in their states urging support for Alito.
I wonder how much time Johnson had to spend on the phone with Ralph Neas before Neas said uncle.

Johnson barely survived re-election last time, and may have had to steal votes on a South Dakota Indian reservation to do it. He then saw his crony Daschle go down in 2004, based at least in part on his opposition to good judges. As we anti-Miers conservatives predicted, Red State Rats are feeling the pressure from back home!

Isn't SD planning to enter some legislation against Roe soon?
They're planning to use the argument that the fetus' DNA is different from the mother, making it a seperate HUMAN BEING
(which we already know, but the Dems/Libs continue to ignore)
and making abortion a crime against these little humans?

I watched a little of Cornyn and Allen last night. I would like to see either of those guys run for Prez, but they will need to kick the excitement vibe up a notch. What snoozers!

Fairly Odd Parents makes me want to scratch my eyes out.My 11 year old son still likes FOP, aaaaarrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggggggg! We limit the cartoons to ~1 hour a day. The nice thing about the shows being so annoying, is that when you make the kids turn them off, the fussing and whining is actually an improvement.

I like the fat kid, but other than that, I'd rather not watch. Now SpongeBob and Cat Scratch, I love.

Jim Talent is up now. He has been my State Representative, State Senator, US Congressman, and now US Senator. And I have proudly voted for him every time. He's in a tough fight for re-election and needs all the support he can get.

Allen is much better in person. He has the charima to do it. I suspect the forum you saw him in was not one that allowed him to shine. Was it part of the debate?

I have to follow along here because Dora the Explorer is currently on my TV and I would likely loose a limb if I try to change the channel.
I have the same problem with VeggieTales.

Yes. I liked watching him in committee. You are right, better there.
To: McB.
Sorry if this has been asked before, but does anyone know what's wrong with Sen Ten Stevens? I know he got very angry at some senators about a month ago, but why is he stalling on this Alito vote? Is he mad at the President? There's no vote even scheduled yet. C-SPAN2 is running an unofficial tally of pre-vote statements by Senators.
Stevens isn't "holding out" anything, or stalling even. He'll vote to confirm.
