LOL
The creative parody would be not making them look like buffoons.
Amen to that, though the Dems have retreaded their "Ian is the only Muslim democracy argument" (circa Afghanistan invasion, 2001) to run the "Bush failed WOT, vote DEM" campaign today. Hillary says the government of Iran is "progressive"...just like her.
"WE" didn't "ESTABLISH" ANYTHING in Iraq. Iraqi voters did. So far the Iraqi government resembles the schizophrenic mullahacracy of Iran as much as John Kerry resembles a REAL hero of the Viet Nam war. However, it sounds like all the leading Democrats out thate WANT it to become one. So they can regain power from the bloodbath that would accompany any such scenario.
:0)
Not sure will ask at work tomorrow and freep you
Apparently the administration approached the court about changing its process, the court refused...

Thanks! It does not address Clinton but gives me more information. FISA is not the rubber stamp the Dems would have us believe.
Well put. The idea that there will be some Iraq/Iran partnership based on Sh'ia Islam is ridiculous. The Iraqis are arabs and most are nationalistic. They share neither the culture or language of the Persians. The 8 year war with Iran has left both sides with antipathies to the other. Iraq is about two thirds Shiite. People forget that the Kurds are Sunnis. In any event, many of the so-called pundits place too much emphasis on the religious differences in Iraq. It is about tribal and political differences.
Having lived in Iran for two years, I found that the Iranians look down on the arabs and see them as ignorant barbarians.
Thanks!
Apparently he did, in 1995 after the Ames case. It is mentioned here:

Thanks. If nothing else, it is nice to hear Durbin tell the truth for a change.

Where's the beef?
In the middle of that liberal samwich, provided by Mary, of course!
Good morning Howlin, I had forgot about that.
Yep.
Another interesting thing about the lefty rhetoric is that the established line is we lost the war on terror because Iraq will become just like Iran without the influence of the Ba'athists to save them (and us) from themselves while AT THE SAME TIME they're telling us that Iran is great just the way it is, run by Hillary-like "progressives" and Bush us evil for naming Iran as part of the "Axis od Evil"
Democrats are kind of setting their own rhetoric up to bite them on the rear...with our help, of course ;-)
So have a lot of peopele, mostly the media. :-)
Need to mark it on your calendar, might not happen again for a long time!
Like many of you I was watching CSPAN this morning - if you'll take a moment and read my bio, you'll see that this is my first day ever on a blog - you're combination of brevity and humor needed to be applauded - I look forward to chatting with my fellow enlightened FR bloggers in the months and years ahead - Do the politicians know that we are coming? And did you note this morning's host on CSPAN advising that they tried to get more democrats on regarding Alito but none would show, I found that very telling - You should check out Dan Henninger's November 18, 2005 WSJ piece: If you have not seen it, I think you will agree it needed to be said, and he said it well, nice to meet you, - DGL
Keep bringing the fastball, high and tight, Dick!!
