It sounded like an indirect slap to me.
It's hilarious watching these leftist gasbags being put in their place...again.
Leahy: Why did Alito put CAP on his application in 1985?
Because he, like a lot of young people, had a limited amount of job experience back then and included college activities.
I included college activities/memberships in my earlier job applications, which I did not include on later applications when I had more job experience.

The mistake, Ted, was that you didn't get the chair for killing Mary Jo..
He's talking over the ABA guys.
To: Do not dub me shapka broham
They get 15 witnesses on each side and the ABA are the "impartials"

I think Graham helped Alito prepare for the hearings...definitely supports him all the way.

Is Nightline still on? Since they almost cancelled it for lack of ratings while Koppel was still on board, I can't imagine anybody is still watching it now that he is gone.
I say that as a person who started my interest in news watching Nightline in college back during the Iranian hostage crisis.
Kennedy is stupid, who cares if it was on the list, the ABA found that in 1992 Alito recused himself from a vanguard case, so what difference does it make whether it was on some preliminary screening list.
To: newnhdad
Fat@ss will only hear what he wants to hear. He thinks these ABA people are incompetent and stupid I guess.

they have nothing so they need to talk trash because the moonbats are circling their offices expecting a fillibuster. That's about the size of it. No need to get overly exercized about it, but the GOP Senators need to keep pounding the DEMs back, just as a matter of standing for intellectual honesty.

"I don't know the answer to your question."
WHAT QUESTION?! Does Kennedy get paid by the word?!
