This morning, Senators will question Judge Alito during a third round. They will then go into a closed session, to review the FBI background investigation on the Supreme Court nominee. Outside witnesses may be called to testify this afternoon, as well as the American Bar Association, to discuss its recommendations.

Don't suppose Schumer would be pleased if Alito told him he wouldn't be predisposed to determining impeachment on the President any more than he would be for Schumer for illegally getting someones credit report.

What fascinates me is the WAY liberals think. They are not necessarily stupid or dull- yet seem unable to see an idea through to it's conclusion.

Scalia - Thomas - Alito - Roberts. All we need now is for one of the liberal Justices to leave the Court and get replaced by Senator Jeff Sessions. Then we'd have Scalia - Thomas - Alito - Roberts - Sessions, who would make the 'Rats see STARS after they bash them over the head with their rulings.

Chucky isn't nearly as smart he thinks he is. His endless splitting of hairs and minutia is incomprehensible to the average layman. All he does is give Alito a change to give a long scholarly answer which makes him look restrained and well reasoned. A high SAT score doesn't necessarily mean anything, just as the fact that Einstein failed his college entrance exams didn't mean he was some dummy.
