Can a circle intervention be done? The whole group needs help, in one way or another.

Don't anyone forget that Dianne Feinstein is the one and only moron who went on television and told the world formerly UNKNOWN EVIDENCE on the Night Stalker Richard Ramirez case. She flat-out told the murderer they knew who he was because they knew what kind of shoes he was wearing. She gave him some more time to run his killing spree - in new footwear. A genius she is not.

Aguanet does not make that little tight flippy on the side.
No she made that little flippy thing. Aquanet makes it stay flippy. I used it for years and that stuff was great. LOL!

That is horrible. What an idiot.
To: Loud Mime
No no no, the judiciary has magical powers to invent new constitutional rights and has absolute and unchecked power over the Executive branch (but not the legislature)
(sarcasm off)

I thik 3 voted for Roberts....Kohl, Feingold, and one other.. I think Leahy was the third.
To: CFC__VRWC
Remember, Feingold is the go to guy for the improper conduct (?) of Graham prepping Alito and sitting on comm.

Notice how Alito always holds his head high?
There is no way that Feinstein (while scratching her head) understands Federalism.
Clinton tried to redefine Federalism in EO 13083 and Congress booted it back to him. He later capitulated.

OMG! LOL Her voice is lower than Kennedy's. Or it could be because she has no freakn idea of what she is talking about - just repeating the talking points of the DU Funnies.
