To Coburn on C-span this morning said that he thinks that Alito might get one or two Dem votes in committee....When asked by the startled host WHO?..he mentioned Feingold.saying he was a "very independent thinker.." I think that Coburn was having fun at Feingold's expense....but I'll ask the question..anyone think that Alito gets a Dem vote here..I thik 3 voted for Roberts....Kohl, Feingold, and one other..

from dictionary.com:
"impartial:
adj 1: showing lack of favoritism; "the cold neutrality of an impartial judge" [syn: fair] [ant: partial] 2: free from undue bias or preconceived opinions; "an unprejudiced appraisal of the pros and cons"; "the impartial eye of a scientist" [syn: unprejudiced] [ant: prejudiced]"
The Judge has repeatedly pointed out the importance of impartiality and keeping an open mind whenever a case comes before him--doesn't matter what his religion or personal beliefs are! Those are moot as far as the job is concerned.
Just bigotry on the part of the MSM, as usual.

I can't stand cain...as far as his intelligence is concerned, I'm not sure about that one way or another however, what I do know is he was a wild spoiled young man...and being shot down over nam after reading records on him...it shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone. On that note, he was a jet pilot as W was/is...someone has to be pretty smart to fly jets.

She's already admitted she is not a lawyer, not that she should be to question Alito. She is outclassed. She should just shut up, fold her tent, straighten her wig, gather her papers, and give it up.
Alito is so far ahead of her intellectually as to be unfair.
Her staff is no match for this guy, they should give it up also.

Well, it does take a while to get your hair to do that flippy thing she's got going on.LOL I was thinking she must have been waiting on another case of Helmet-Hairspray to be delivered. By all rights her hair should be registered as a lethal weapon.

Her line of questioning is going nowhere. From his answers, I'm not sure Alito even knows what she's talking about.
I'm sure we'll be back to abortion in just a few minutes.
