Day 3: Questioning Continues
This morning, Round 1 concludes with Senators on the Judiciary Cmte. who did not question nominee Alito yesterday. During Round 2, questioning is limited to 20 minutes for each of the eight- een senators. Chairman Arlen Specter (R-PA) leads off, followed by the others, alternating by party in order of seniority.

Two words.....Indians, minority.
This fine man has judged thousands of cases and issued hundreds of rulings and all the Dems can do is tie him to a good old boy's club. Sheesh...
We have beaten them.
When a news organization has to resort to bald-faced lying, we have kicked their asses. Consider how desperate they must be to go this far. Consider how Kennedy, Biden and Durbin having achieved their Senate status, are in reality just little whores, bent over in front of George Sorus. They are not even their own men, but men who take orders from those with money and power that they don't have on their own.
This is the same Ted Kennedy who got kicked out of Harvard for cheating, paying someone to take his exams, who is sitting in judgment on Alito. The fact that the media is stooping to lows like this means only one thing. We have won!
Oh boy. Now I have stayed up late enough to see the Swimmer in action.
I just came back from the sewer, I forgot my hazmat suit, I think I'm now infected with something. Those people are mentally ill. BTW, the Kennedy Specter thing is going to happen any minute. It was an insane moment, but it was fun. :-D
It never ceases to amaze me how far politicians-especially those on Capitol Hill-will go in order to prostitute themselves for campaign contributions.
It incenses me whenever I hear sanctimonious hypocrites like that fat bastard Chollie Rangel or Ted Kennedy's single brain celled sock puppet of a son preen and posture on this issue, framing their naked greed within the rubric of "Native American sovereignity.
A. The number of tribes that benefit from this arrangement is a small minority, and the percentage of Indians that enjoy the fruits of gambling-one of the single worst ways of pursuing economic growth that I can think of-is almost as insignificant.
B. Even those that do profit are giving away most of their financial rewards in kickbacks to lawyers, lobbyists, and the Mob.
This is one of the biggest rackets going, and it astounds me that anyone has the gall to claim it's a "civil rights" issue.
Don't know about Lindsey but Kennedy is up now on C-SPAN....he is really reaching into esoteric garbage to make Alito look bad. It isn't working!
Kennedys forehead has wrinkles that look like devils horns. One on each side. LOL.
Blitzer and Greenfield covered it pretty much the same way (wrong) earlier. This is just confirmation, the only context CNN seeks is that which puts the Republicans in the worse possible light.
I hope on the replay that Specter boinks the swimmer in the head with the gavel!

Michelle Malkin has the video and transcript of what Lindsey said on her blog. The only part that Foxnews edited out for Brit's show was when Lindsey said that senators and congressmen would have to answer harsh allegations soon themselves, speaking of Abrahamson's connections. Otherwise, Brit's show portrayed it accurately and described Mrs. Alito's reaction as an indication of the tremendous stress these proceedings put on the nominee and their families.

I did read on Powerline Blog that Harry Reid is in the top five of the Abramoff scandal.
BTW...I forgot to report something else that was on Anderson's show...
Some woman..(didn't see her name)...representing "Republican Women for Choice"....
and SHE was really, really down on Alito...and says that they have already come out against Alito...
Anderson asked her why she didn't wait until the witnesses testified...like they did when Roberts was up for confirmation....and she said that "they had heard enough" to know that Alito would be awful...
This supposedly a REPUBLICAN woman...blech
Check out his water bottle when he drinks -- I think during the dust-up with Specter -- looks like it's brownish to me.. not clear water.
With a group called "Republican Women for Choice" I wouldn't expect them to accept someone like Alito -- in other words.. she isn't really an Republican...
Here's another thought. WHY IN THE WORLD should we even think about believing one thing the lamestream dinosaur media says about ANYTHING after the disgraceful performance in W. Va. last week?!
And New Orleans too for that matter.
