Yes that's real. San Bernardino is huge (bigger than 8 states. The registrar is on the far western edge of the county. The most Repub precincts are an hour drive or more, so expect pro-Repub precincts to roll in through the night.
San Bernardino is not big #s, though. It's medium - about 1/4 or 1/3 of the size of LA. So it's important for San Bernardino to turn in 58%+ numbers to counteract the LA 48% numbers.
73 is still sitting out about 37k votes
Their results seem to be way off right now.
Too bad 73 wasn't on the ballot alone. Without the union thugs it would have passed.
It was used to get voters out for the other measures. But if had been allowed to be stand alone it would have passed even in a rat state like california. Our side would have been motivated to come out just for that while the union thugs without the other issues would have stayed home.
The teaching measure should have been based on merit. Why was that changed to tenure.
All you've demonstrated thus far is that you can talk a mean game. Big deal. Talk is cheap...and it's even cheaper when it comes from a know-nothing outsider like yourself.

percentage wise I mean.
Good!
In percentages, but I don't think he meant anything more than "yes" "no" and who got a majority of votes.
'Scuse me?? How would a girl be FORCED to try and use her coat hanger? It might be embarrassing and inconvenient to have a pregnancy, but then don't have sex if you want to ensure you don't get into embarrassing situations!
Prop. 75 just ticked up by .1%!
Unfortunately, Alameda and Los Angeles...STILL not moving! Looks like they are going to wait till the dead votes are counted.
Let's be candid: the Leftist plan is to force every land-owning American out of California to make room for all the illegals.
--
at the rate the valley farms are getting developed into housing tracts, about the only thing illegals will have to pick is each others pockets. ;-)
Well....there could be a silver lining to all this tonight. The conservative base in Ca. could get energized by this loss, and make it up in 2006 and 2008. (Yes, I'm an eternal optimist). I know it's California - a lot like our NYC- but it seems so odd parents wouldn't want good teachers or want to know about their own daughters. If their daughters were being raped or abused by someone, they'd never know it! No one is telling them!
SF local news...so far-
NO on All, except Prop-75,
with 50% vote in....
I get really ticked at all the people who continue to call him a RINO... IMHO he is anything but. He's governing as all representatives should govern.... by the will of the majority of the people not based on his own personal views... thought I suspect being a pretty religious guy that he is in favor of gay marriage or abortions... he probably kept a lot of his opinions to himself (as all actors should learn to do) in order to work in Hollywierd.
There's no risk in it. If he did move here, he'd have to actually do something besides prattle on about what a gee-nee-us he is. People with that kind of egotistical nonsense filling their heads never have the courage to actually do anything. The collision of reality versus their self-deluding fantasies would destroy their fragile egos.
The sec of state did us no favors by not having the orange county ca-48 race today. That would have brought out a lot of yes votes.
Arnold also had no luck the day he gave the opening address about the measures was the day of that idiot Michael Jackson's aquittal.
First impressions are key and Arnold needed to have momentum from the start.
It's one county south of Santa Clara county (where San Jose is). San Benito county is very rural and mountainous. Not many votes there.
Thanks. Interesting!
