Just looked thru some of the county votes , and it looks like the leftists counties had much higher turnout percentages than the more conservative counties......not good!!
Think I will call it a night!

How was the Catholic Church on this one. Did they tell their people to stand and vote FOR LIFE?
We signed the petition to get it on the ballot after mass, but didn't hear much about it after that unfortunately.

You're exactly right. The only numbers to watch are LA and San Bernardino Counties. Look for high 50s from SB and even #s in LA. If that occurs, 73 and 75 win.
A ton of votes still out in San Diego, Orange and Riverside county as well, big Conservative leans

City of LA property owners just got mugged. What else is new?
Let's be candid: the Leftist plan is to force every land-owning American out of California to make room for all the illegals. Unfortunately, our so-called "Republican" party is all too happy to play along if it gets cheap labor.

Alameda county is coming in (after seeminly being stalled at 2%). Right now, 19.6%. At the moment, it appears to be narrowing, but still leading (Prop. 75). Prop. 73 doesn't look good though.

You're welcome. Can't wait to see the faces of the Dems, when he looks them in the eye and says it.

Serious election watchers:
LA County has only reported 2.7%. As it went from 1% to 2.7%, the percentage in favor of Prop 75 dropped from 51% to 50. With 97.3% of LA County remaining to report, this is not good.
Keep watching LA and San Bernardino counties.

Kings is northwest of Bakersfield. Here is another county with 7% of today's voters just in, with a substantial Hispanic vote:
73 Y Minor's Pregnancy 53,511 60.4 35,219 39.6
74 Y Teacher Tenure 46,083 51.3 43,779 48.7
75 Y Public Union Dues 49,934 55.5 40,052 44.5

Spending.. he believes in veto for pork.
To: newzjunkey
It didn't help when it got shackled with the title including "Education spending limits." Courtesy of the Democrat Bill Lockyer.Democrats put a "pretty" mask on the vilest of things. The only way to remove that mask is to remind people what those things REALLY are. The democrats could not even try to spin it, because it's truth.
Abortion is brutally dismembering an offspring from the mothers womb while it's still alive, without as much as an aspirin to ease the pain. So why don't the Republicans remind people about these things? Is Gay really that "pretty?" Not at all! Their diseases are killing people!
The Republicans have to start speaking truths, or the democrats will deceive the nation into oblivion, and everyone will wonder what the hell happened.

I detest those who surround him, they have not served him or the people of california well at all , imo. Totally agree. Many are Pete Wilson's people.

Proposition 73 Abortion Notification
If this Proposition fails, my faith in people will be lost. There is no reason why parents should not be notified that one of their children is having an abortion.
These abortionist are sick and should be stopped.

Better than anything else I have seen this eve. Clearly, better than what the proponents and activists for 73 managed.

The sky is not falling. More of Alameda also reported. L.A. county's been pretty so far - pretty much 50/50 on 73 and 75.
To: conservative in nyc
San Bernardino is countered by Sacramento.
Orange is countered by what is left of Alameda.
That leaves L.A.
So far L.A. looks like a mirror of the state.
If that holds up, then only 75 will pass.
To: HitmanNY
My suggestion is to dedicate resources to impact peoples minds regarding issues like this one, partial birth abortion, federal funds for abortions, etc. Grassroots stuff, advertising, religious, whatever it takes. How about you follow your own advice and do "whatever it takes" by moving to California and getting your hands dirty with the rest of us?
Or are you interested only in being an armchair quarterback?
