From a transcript of a news conference given today by Curt Weldon, he said: The first week the story broke in the New York Times, I was in Pennsylvania that Friday doing district work and I got a call at my office. My chief of staff took the call, and it was from a person I’d never met in my entire life. I’d never mentioned her name. She was on vacation and asked my chief of staff for me to call her back.

Her name was Jamie Gorelick.

I have to laugh ruefully at Ben-Veniste's inclusion on this committee. He is a Washington lawyer who represents Democrats - the Clintons in particular. His presence on the Committee alone should be enough to discredit it.

Ms. Hillary seems to think that she, and those she deems acceptable, or worthy, at the time, are above conventional constraints of mere mortals for whom rules, regs, and laws were made.

You're right, it's a travesty that she is a U.S. Senator. It would be much worse than a travesty to have her as U.S. President. God forbid!

I don't have much doubt that Hillary sent Berger to the archives. SHE is the one that has the most to lose as Bubba could care less about what anyone thinks about him (OR WHETHER SHE GETS ELECTED).

If I wrote a book on him, I'd call it "The Happy Sinner".
