"At the time of my departure, MS was on track to outsource over 1,000 jobs a year to China," he said in a court declaration. A Microsoft spokeswoman said the company has transferred some projects to China "in order to free up teams here for other work."

Communism.org refers to Linux as a perfect example of communism. There's no conclusive proof of what they are currently using themselves, netcraft only probes remotely and communism.org seems to be running on a commercial host anyway. But their website makes their beliefs very clear.

You have no conclusive proof of that. What we do know for sure is the content of communism.org claims Linux is a perfect example of communism. On that there is no possible dispute.
For the 2004 election cycle, at least through late August, the figures are reversed. Democrats got 61 percent of all forms of Microsoft political contributions and Republicans got 39 percent.

What's in lockstep with the DNC is Open Source software. Which I linked above multiple times, and you continue to completely ignore. They are partners in philosophy and product use. Trying to point fingers at Microsoft is a ridiculous excuse for it, too, as Microsoft is much more typically associated with Republicans.

Bill Gates has been trying to neutralize the shock waves he sent through the open source community when in a press interview he made an analogy between "communists" and people who advocate a less restrictive IP environment, such Creative Commons licenses and things like that.
"No, no, no. I didn't say those people were 'communists.'" Gates told the "gadgets Weblog," Gizmodo.
Here was his explanation:
"I did say that they're... The question is: what incentive systems should exist in the world? Call 'communism' a system where [in] the extreme case you believe that the idea of the individual getting lots of wealth in return for the things they do... that that's wrong. If you have no incentive for individual excellence and it's just sort of, you know, banned. All the way up to an extreme that nobody would believe in, that there's no redistribution of wealth and that's there's no expiration of rights and control. So you have this huge spectrum.All I was saying is that the number of people who are at this extreme who believe there should be no incentive systems for creative work - there's actually less of those people. Obviously not. Nor is it part of any Open Source "movement" that's trying to pass laws requiring it's use. That's where the problem is, those in the DNC that are trying to mandate it's use. If you don't think that's a problem, then admit it, but I've framed that issue quite clearly, and you refuse to address it.
Gates is the richest man in the world and has spoken out against communism. He also is trying to sell products to China in the hope they eventually do away with communism completely.
The obvious problem is those you seem to support who want to GIVE software to China, for free, and are doing so every single day. You haven't spoken out against them once, and probably never will, you have had plenty of opportunity already.
Your sympathies are misplaced, because no jobs are being "exported." Microsoft is hiring everyone it can in America. There are fully 4,290 job openings right in the good old US of A. And that's just full-time employees; it doesn't count the legions of part-timers Microsoft hires.
Stop killing a third of kids before they're even born, get the ones who're allowed to live to spend time working on math and electronics rather than self-esteem and cultural awareness, and then you can start complaining about all the jobs being "exported."
And his largest individual contributions went to various Republican parties.

Of course he gives to both parties. He's playing politics.
He went on to inform me that he didn't have a code for .Net and was confused as to why MS had put that phone number on the screen. He promised he would get me a working code and call me back within the hour. After a few days I got sick of waiting and put Win 2000 Server back in. This was about 3 years ago and I am still waiting.
