He went on to inform me that he didn't have a code for .Net and was confused as to why MS had put that phone number on the screen. He promised he would get me a working code and call me back within the hour. After a few days I got sick of waiting and put Win 2000 Server back in. This was about 3 years ago and I am still waiting.

When a company outsources human interfaces like Help Desk or Tech Support overseas, sell your stock, you know the owners are.
Outsourcing, no matter how good the recipe book is, just doesn't work for me.
I've worked in an all-Indian company here in the States and they're a whole other culture, one which, in my opinion, doesn't have any moral values.
Besides there's the whole communication problem. I speak 1-1/2 foreign languages, but Indian english is a dialect once removed from American English.
