Rogers Brown has served for what, 2 months on the DC court? its too soon.

Why? Rehnquist was never even a judge before being appointed to the court.

God never gives us more than we can handle. Clearly He knows Bush is capable.

Now all we need is a large earthquake in California or Seattle...
Then it will feel like the Apocalypse...

It's already feeling a bit apoclyptic to me.

Are you a troll? You don't ask a question like that here.

Try a news channel.

You're basing this on Kennedy, Schumer and their gang caring about credibility. They care nothing for credibility. The MSM will cover this exactly how they want it covered. The Party Of No Shame will pile on as usual.

RIP, Justice Rehnquist. You will be sorely missed.

He held on as long as he could to help President Bush. He could have left long ago. May God bless his family with peace that passes understanding.

The thought of his (Chuckie's) head exploding makes me laugh. Chief Justice is going to get the last laugh on those RATs who wanted to stall the Roberts nomination. Now the President will be filling two vacancies.

I would love to see Judge Jones on the Supreme Court. I think it is much more likely, however, that you will see Judge Edith Brown (Joy) Clement nominated. She is from New Orleans and can't go home. Wouldn't the Democrats look bad if they attacked a hurricane victim? I personally like her very much and think she would be a very good choice.

I could live with Jones.

Might be a hispanic, but I think Bush will pick a female.

What other person in this country could do what our President is doing right now? Prayers for the President and our country.

Better question....can the news media handle it!>>>>>>>>>>

I don't think so....they were having such a good time with Cindy Shithead, and even more fun with "Bush is a racist and hates black people so much he lets them die" fest, this is just too much to do and will take them off their way too important task to take him down. Man, they just keep losing their momentum...

I'd keep Janice Rogers Brown back as well,,

Stevens won't hang on much longer when he realizes the inevitable.

a fillibuster now is going to be broken by a rules change almost instantly - blocking two supreme court picks and a chief justice pick. even the RINO gang McCain assembled to cut the judges deal is not going to hold together to block all of that.
