Gee . . . Jossy was saying on Geraldo that they found a couple of casino chips, some pizza boxes, a 1974 Mercury Marquis Brougham, and an old guy named Jimmy in Joran's shoes. Not sure about his sources, though.

Agreed. It's almost ludicrous. Every single person there, and in particular the Arawaks, knows just exactly (or has a pretty good idea) what is going on there.

Aside from making money extraneously from the evil (dealers in cards and drugs,) they have their lives at stake.

I wish just one had boarded that plane home with Beth and that one would come forward. If the tourist industry is going down in flames there, why not secure yourself and sing your little lungs out? Is it $100,000 or $200,000? Either way, it's a lotta 'wampum.'

Arlene: JVDS does not have any clout on the island. Has no control of ALE.

T.J. Ward disagreed with Arlene somewhat. Ward brings up the friendship between PVDS and JVDS.

Candiotti states that ALE states that they did handle the investigation the right way. But they failed to address their actions and/or their inactions at onset of the investigation.

Arlene responding to a callers question states that the US cannot get involved in getting a search warrant for the search of PVDS property.

Dr. Lee states that this is a cold case now. Some evidence is needed.

ARLENE ELLIS-SCHIPPER, ARUBAN ATTORNEY: Well, first of all, Aruba‘s reputation is on the line here. Aruba has absolutely nothing to gain by covering up anything (yes, they do. TOURIST DOLLARS!). So, I am sure that it‘s not happening.

SHE IS A LIAR! She can't be "sure" about anything that is happening in Aruba unless she saw it.

Dave Holloway: Beth will be returning tomorrow Paul Reynolds: They are pursuing a search warrant for VDS's property. The intensity of the investigation is increasing. They still hold out hope. T.J. Ward: talking about using his layered voice analysis equipment on the witnesses TJ just never misses a chance to talk about this, has he ever solved a case with it? I did note he now has an associate, a former FBI agent (or was that someone associated with the FBI for 31 years?)

Dr. Lee: Discussing the plastic bags that body was reported to be placed or wrapped in. I'm sorry, I'm just not a fan of Dr Wheee, a hired gun is a sad thing. Arlene: Joran's attorney will be able to be available tomorrow during interrogation. This I am looking forward to, fool that I am. The behavioral interviews...no matter how hard PVDS tried, he can't cover his son's innate attitude, etc.

There is that tape of Joran, handcuffed common around from the left front of the car, sort of tapping the right front fender, opening the car door, then closing it without getting in. Watch his body and face: although this 17 year old "boy" is suspected in the disappearance of a girl, possibly her murder, he hasn't a care. It's not even that he's not worried, there's something more about his attitude that catches me each time that tape is played.

Prosecution has to come up with some more solid evidence. No Chit.Might proper search warrants help? Might keeping suspects separated at first have helped?

I saw only part of Bill O'Reilly's show, but I believe he said Greta will be heading back to Aruba tomorrow. Beth apparently plans to return in a day or two. Greta said the trip home energized Beth, and Bill said Beth sure helps to keep the investigation going.
