T.J. Ward disagreed with Arlene somewhat. Ward brings up the friendship between PVDS and JVDS.

Candiotti states that ALE states that they did handle the investigation the right way. But they failed to address their actions and/or their inactions at onset of the investigation.

Arlene responding to a callers question states that the US cannot get involved in getting a search warrant for the search of PVDS property.

Dr. Lee states that this is a cold case now. Some evidence is needed.

ARLENE ELLIS-SCHIPPER, ARUBAN ATTORNEY: Well, first of all, Aruba‘s reputation is on the line here. Aruba has absolutely nothing to gain by covering up anything (yes, they do. TOURIST DOLLARS!). So, I am sure that it‘s not happening.
