Well, first of all, Aruba‘s reputation is on the line here. Aruba has absolutely nothing to gain by covering up anything (yes, they do. TOURIST DOLLARS!). So, I am sure that it‘s not happening.SHE IS A LIAR! She can't be "sure" about anything that is happening in Aruba unless she saw it.

Dave Holloway stated that he had learned that PVDS handled land development and land management for the island so therefore PVDS would know where to tell the boys to take a body.
When Dave ran into PVDS at KIA everything that Dave knew was based on info that he had gathered from the cable news shows.
Dave reiterates PVDS's statement to him that he (PVDS) would protect his son at all cost.
Dave sounds as if the search of the VDS's property is their last hope short of a miracle.
