Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean, unapologetic in the face of recent criticism that he has been too tough on his political opposition, said in San Francisco this week that Republicans are "pretty much a monolithic party. They all behave the same. They all look the same. It's pretty much a white Christian party."

There are plenty of conservatives in the GOP who aren't particularly religious. I really didn't want Terry McAwful to step down, but I was wrong. Dean is even better for us.
Hate speech?
Maybe so, or maybe not. Of course, he's wrong about diversity in the GOP, but wrong is Dean's daily approach to life.
Frankly, I don't mind being called a white Christian.
....whoops...

It should come up now
Y'know, every time the Republicans in Congress start to peeve me enough to make me consider voting for an occasional Democrat, someone like Howard Dean says something that reminds me why I don't.
LOL. There's bad news too, though. Now you can't jump and can't work for the hotel where Dean is staying....
Parents? They're a thousand miles away. What I want to know is how do I break it down to the she-wolf?
Well, I did some back-of-the-envelope calculations the other day, and I believe that President Bush carried the white Anglo vote in at least 44 of the 50 states, with only Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont and maybe Washington State and Oregon getting away. Bush got a huge majority of the white Christian vote, which is by far the largest voting bloc in the U.S. and which explains how he won a solid majority nationwide. Of course, Bush also did rather well among Hispanics and Asians, and did better among Jewish and black voters than any Republican since Reagan, so Dean's prejudiced statement is underinclusive, but Dean is certainly correct that the GOP owns the white Christian vote lock, stock and barrel. The question is, how is Dean fixing to win Heartland states for the Democrats (as he claims he will do) if he concedes the white Christian vote to the GOP?
He's the kind of doctor that was raised with a whole set of silver spoons in his mouth...and found that being a doctor required 3 things that he doesn't have ---
A desire to work hard, long hours
A bedside manner that doesn't include insults
A person to make his own living, instead of being on the public dole, like Governor or POTUS!
Sounds like what the Canadian Liberal Party and their media buddies are doing...
Whatever we are paying Howard Dean, it isn't enough.
Is there anything offensive this man will not say?
Aren't Bubba and the Hildebeast supposed to be Christians? The last time I checked they were both white, although he is actually our first black president (metaphorically, in the mind of moonbat Toni Morrison).
Speaking of the color white, the men in white are going to show up any day now to take Howard Dean off somewhere for a nice rest.
The Deaniac works great for democrat management. Hillary will be the sane, great, humble, and dignified saviour of the party as long as the Deaniac keeps up his behavior.
Not to mention Bush made significant gains among the Jewish vote and even the Atheist vote...
Keep talkin idiot....boy I hope they don't replace you....your doing a great job of showing how stupid you and your loony party is.....talk on and on and on and on
Please, Howie, keep on going.
Not that because of you I moved to the GOP, man!!!
Hispanic, Catholic and Republican.
LOL!
Considering he said this in SF, it's a wonder to me that he didn't say "white, Christian, male, heterosexual party".
gee...sounds like sterotyping to me...lol
The man's mouth is filth.
