I missed my Nancy Grace Court TV Fix today!

Naw, you didn't. She hasn't been on CTV on Fridays.

She does her Headline News every weekday night.

I always catch her program either 'live' &/or on the replays.

He's a freak but he did'nt create himself he was created.

Wrong.

He DID "create" himself into a FREAK.

He looks nothing like the rest of his family.

Gotta read Maureen Orth's piece in Vanity Fair due out June 8th. Maureen's articles on Jackson have been riveting. She doesn't just go into Jackson's life but some details about his family. With so many people financially dependent on him, I think their holding their collective breath. Had he gone into court by himself without the slavish umbrella holder, the fanatical fans, and some of his relatives (some who were his worst critics in the past), he would have been more sympathetic. He could walk. There could be jurors who don't care who he alledgedly molested just as long as they get his autograph. But lets hope they are more sophisticated than that. I can't wait for Maureen Orth's article to come out.

Dan Abrams said he's guilty of molestation? Did I see pigs flying by my window?

I've heard that Paul McCartney is trying to buy the catalogue. He's in a pretty good negotiation place about now.

Yes Dan Abrams said he was convinced by Zonin's closing argument and the victim's videotape interview.

I think the story on that asset is that there was a loan that Jackson's bank was sitting on.
During this trial the bank decided to turn the loan over to a hostile group who bought the bank's interest out.

So, now Jackson has to come up quick with his own group to buy out the hostile group.

The loans are near the 280 million range I guess, but the catalog is said to be valued as high as 2-4 billion now.
So, at the very least, I see Jackson getting lots more money out of that asset.
He could also retain it.

McCartney would also have to form some interested group, because though he is worth near 600 million himself, that is still not 2-4 billion.

We'll have to see how that all turns out.

Bryant is still playing in the NBA the snipings in DC were well publicized until it was revealed that the perps were black. Don't you remember? White van with white guys driving don't you remember? Atlanta shootings were well publicized until the media connected the perp to the white woman who cooked him breakfast and then the Commies in the media tried their darndest to put a human face on the monster- Don't you remember? Those smipers in DC, did you ever hear the media call them monsters? How about the brutal killings that were racially motivated in Witchita Kansas? That was when two black guys raped, robbed and murdered 5 white college students? Most Americans don't even remember those brutal killings, do you?

Ye gads, I agree.

I think the value at this time is probably worth just under 2 billion.

"Actually the "prior acts" conforms to the Federal version of "prior bad acts". Additionally, the CA version has already been before the State Supreme Court and its validity upheld."

What/where is the federal statute of prior bad acts? Why are prior bad acts not permissable in the other 49 states?

I haven't heard them say whether he showed up, just that the juror was going to start soon. He doesn't have to be there, does he?
