Bayliffs being sworn in, alternatives have been sent home!
This circus is about to be in the hands of the jury!
Bets? Predictions?
There are worse things to say than what that person said, and I was the first one to criticize him.
Much worse things were said here by people on both sides of a certain issue.
well, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. Anything's possible, certainly.
Although, I must say I don't quite understand why you think (a) his lawyer blew it, but that (b) arguing that he blew it wouldn't work.
From my perspective, SP got excellent representation, far better than that wretched creature deserved. I hope the State of California didn't have to foot any of the bill, as California had to for David Westerfield (brilliant tactic -- hire a "good," very expensive defense lawyer, then, after a while, claim insolvency and get the state to pay for the large remainder). If I ever kill someone, that's exactly what I'm going to do!
Well, perhaps you are more comfortable with that word than I am.
I agree.
I was praying for a conviction today, not so much for his victims but for his children(who are victims also),,,right now MJ is heading home to them....I worry about them..
Yeah, I know he claims vitiligo. I also know that his even, all-white skin is NOT the result of vitiligo. It doesn't work that way.
Case cost $4 million.
On mj's or someone else's $.
Boy, you have that 100% correct.
He had better stop sleeping with young boys now-IMO, because if this happens to him again he will not get off so easily.
This is how I decided that something was amiss- The fact that he won't stop putting himself in compromising situations.
That tells me he is doing something he shouldn't be.
But I wasn't on the jury, so I can not say for sure what I think that something may be.
It is unfortunate that to many people have a misunderstanding of our court system. A verdict of NOT GUILTY does not mean INNOCENT. It only means that the prosecution has not proven their case beyond a reasonable doubt.
All 20 jurors will hold a press conference for 10 minutes shortly.
That's right.
"Sorry, Counselor...my mistake I meant Dermatologist!"
Gee, I never even thought of that! I have an appointment in August. I'll try to remember to ask him about that.
CTV: Jury to speak to the media but only for 10 minutes.
Are you including JimRob in your ridiculous generalization of Californians?
So why is she? In PA, that is--so am I.
True.........but too many will understand those verdicts to mean "innocent" and he is NOT innocent of taking advantage of little boys. That practice is NOT "charming".
