In this country you must prove GUILT. You do not have to prove INNOCENCE. It seems like that gets lost every time there is a high profile case. If the charge is out there, if you're arrested, you're automatically guilty. It's the other way around.

This verdict is exactly what I thought would happen and still I am surprised to see it.

I know this for sure- whether he did it or didn't do it, if he is one or he isn't I blame MJ for giving off all of the warning signs of being a pedophile.

After the first disastrous court case on this topic matter,he should have heeded the warnings. And I believe any normal person would have stopped having slumber parties with children at that point.

I don't think there is anything he will ever be able to do to clear his name now.

I think as a general rule when one part of a person's testimony has been found to be not credible or they've lied, they can discount all the testimony from that person.

However, I thought the boy did rather well himself and experts will tell you that boys particularly are extremely unlikely to bring charges like this, against another man, without a basis in fact.

Yes, he did what he was supposed to do and I agree that he was trying to protect children from this pedophile - but now he will be vilified and ridiculed all over the media.

As for the MJ the little freak, I think he'll never run short of parents who are willing to prostitute their own kids for money. If not here in the U.S., then he'll go to Europe or Asia.

I don't know him, I don't like his music, and he is still immature and an oddball New Ager near as I can tell.

You know when it's time to go to bed at Never Land?

When the big hand touches the little hand.

A clear name is of little import to a certain segment of our feller Muricans.

That´s another point. Our lawyers don´t earn as much as they do in the US (because their influence is rather low - judges aren´t dependant on lobbies for re-elections and there are no juries). It´s really difficult to find a fair justice system. Let´s not forget that even your juror-system has a long tradition and often decided rightly. One point is, lawyers get their money in any case - whether they win or lose, so their motives aren´t $$$, this is rather important in civil law cases.

To celebrate his victory, he has invited the jury to a party. They can bring their boys for a pijama party tonight. Girls shall be left home.

Umlikely w/his fanatical fans, I know, but this is a clear case IMO that SHUNNING should be MJ's punishment now.

Me too.... after all these reports of intolerable back trouble, it seems everyone has forgotten that the freak is a remarkable ~dancer~.
