This isn't rocket science..... if the dems gum up the works the American people will get pissed at the party in charge (republicans) and they will lose seats. The same thing happened in 1994 when Newt promised action... and the dems lost the majority.
They probably could care less about judges.... they want their power back. They are bitchin about everything !!!!!

But wait a minute; I thought this didn't go on before Bush II. What were all of these quotes in reference to?
Not to throw too much cold water on the list but as the enemy will surely point out if true, are they any Republicans of note on record during this period, fighting for the filibuster? If not, this is golden. If so, the MSM will just show how hypocritical both sides are and call it a draw.
