I just read a post on conservative blog that stated few freepers were veterans (implication was that we were chicken hawks). Having conversed with many of you and met a few, I do not believe that is the case. But it did get me wondering, who among us is active or prior service veterans? Awright you freeper vets SOUND OFF!
Add me to the list.
USAF Intel Specialist. Saigon. January 66 - July 67.
John Kerry, please note: Eighteen months--not FOUR!
(Will not list unit name as we were covert--wearing civies and carrying civilian ID's, etc.--and as there were several detachments throughout Far East/South East Asia, with Headquarters in Hawaii, it may still be in use).
Do have a 214 which can produce as proof!!!
DRAFTED. US Army Third Med, Bn, 3rd ID, 1971-1973. My only son is in the Army, SF, has been to Iraq 2x.

Thank you for your service!
USAF 1983-1994
The word of a freeper is enough for me!
I am allergic to bee stings too but it didn't develope until I was in my 40s
I think that should probably count. ;-)
If that counts, does being the ex-wife of a USMC VN Combat Vet 1967-1971 count?
Apparently the liberals argue that....
Don't let'em get to you. I find it very comforting to think of them like dogs licking their own a$$e$. They do that because that's what dogs do.
Besides, anyone can play their game.
patriotilc liberals: you can't support the troops, and oppose what they're doing.
vegetarians: you shouldn't eat things that aren't the same color as you are.
Gun controllers: why are you afraid of surrogate penises?
Feminists: a nine month pregnancy is *nothing* compared to eighteen years of child-support.
Judicial activists: if the Constitution is a living document, but its growth doesn't follow its own internal rules for growing, doesn't that make such growth a cancer?
See, it can be great fun! The only rule is whatever you say has to bug the hell out of the other side!
Which one is that? I have a few words for them.
Four years (67-71) as an Air Force Security Policeman
