Judge George Greer ruled that the State of Florida has no right to take custody of Terri Schiavo, which ruling came hours after an appeal by Terri's parents to re-insert the feeding tube was refused by the U.S. Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, another hearing was scheduled tonight before US District Judge James D. Whittemore .. the same judge who previously heard and denied the request subsequent to the 'de novo' intention of the law past last weekend by the Congress and signed by President Bush, in an effort to confirm that no stone was left unturned before Terri would endure legally sanctioned dehydration until death.
Please keep praying for Terri.

I'm not sure you'll have to actively work for that end. It seems to me that the GOP has done this to itself. They had the sword in their hands and have cut their own throats with it. Instead of living up to their purported convictions about life... they have erred on the side of Political Correctness.
Well, I don't want to see the Democrats take over, however I will not be voting for Republicans anymore. I will only vote for those that think Terri Schindler was murdered! But I no longer have faith in any political leader! My faith is in God and it is Him alone that has the answers!
Isn't that the truth! The GOP will soon realize that the reason their poll numbers are going down are not because they got involved in the Terri Schindler situation, but becasue they didn't get involved enough! Woe to them when they realize it, for it will be to late!
BEFORE I GO: FOX NEWS REPORTS TERRI IS NOW ENTERING DAY 10 of being starved-dehydrated (by the State of Florida in deference to a swamp judge with great connections.)
On tv: I listened to a reporter ask a pro-murder doctor why - if Terri is experiencing no pain - she is being given morphine.
He answered that there is no way they can know for certain whether she is feeling pain or not, so they're doing this just in case.
This reporter cornered him.....into speaking what we so seldom hear.
Just as with abortion, the pro-murderers disguise the truth so people think it's harmless.
When am I going to stop this trembling? Am I the only one here who goes through periods of trembling for Terri? Tell me this is normal please.
My family went to church, but I cannot....tears just flow too easily and I think I would feel like shouting at the minister if he fails to mention Terri this morning.
Witnessing this cruxifiction of Terri this past week has helped me to understand Christ's suffering far more than any canned sermon could do.
While there hopefully will be many ministers who mention Terri this morning, I know many will not. I cannot sit in my congregation singing Christian rock music while the trains to Aushwitz pass by.....
Too many Christians continue wanting to look the other way.
It's even larger than that, Halls... God will not bless their behavior. They've gone into hiding when they needed to step up and do the courageous, moral and right thing. They are probably hoping that Terri doesn't die on Easter Sunday, 'lest that irony further convict them.
I couldn't go to church today! It is really hard to sit and worship God when this is going on in our world! I am so saddened that all I can do is cry out to God in times like this. This will forever haunt my mind and my spirit in the days and years to come!

Oh, but I think Terri will die today, don't you? I have this strong feeling that she will. If she doesn't it just shows how hard she wants to be alive. But how sad will it be to all of us to know she died today! I hope the guilt runs like blood through Jeb and George for the rest of their miserable lives!
If you mean Jeb... he's in hiding, after posturing toward his base. He has popped out once to lash out at us, in his guilt, by saying we are getting "too emotional."
In 2008 the GOP is going to be shocked that it appears their party has split up. Oh well, their fault!
